Villa Afroditi, luxurious 5 bedroom Villa, panoramic views, perfect location

Villa Afroditi is a newly listed luxury villa, complete with separate apartment available for larger parties. The villa consists of 3 double bedrooms, all with en suite facilities and ample wardrobe space, and there are a further 2 bedrooms available in the apartment on the lower floor. The main house has an open plan lounge and kitchen area complete with dining table. The balconies and verandas benefit from stylish pergolas and look out to the wonderful sea views afforded from this fantastic location. Externally, there is also a large Al Fresco dining enabling the guests to fully enjoy the surroundings.
The lounge area leads out to large feature patios surrounding the private pool which also features an integral Jacuzzi area. A family BBQ and a delightful bar area where you can while away the evenings socialising with friends is also a unique feature of this wonderful property.
There is a large off road parking area and the property is fully walled all around.
The rental costs shown are for the main 3 bedroom villa. Should the self contained 2 bedroom apartment on the lower floor be required for larger parties of guests, the additional price per night for this apartment will be: €75 per day (low season), €100 per day (mid season), €150 per day (high season).

Everything about this rental is perfect. Plenty of space indoor and outdoor. Great views. Easy access to everywhere on the island. Absolutely amazing host - I’ve stayed in a million vrbos and he’s in a class of his own. I’d give it more stars if I could and I would, and will, stay here again!

What a Fabulous Villa

We thought the pictures were impressive but they didn’t do the villa justice. It was a beautiful property and our host did everything he could to make us happy.

My family and I have enjoyed our 10 days stay here and had a wonderful time. The host was amazing and greeted us with a delicious feast and lots to drink when we arrived. Peter was always there to help and he gave us lovely tips on places to go and activities that were available. The house was very clean and spacious with stunning views. The location was perfect and we couldn’t get the younger ones and some older ones out of the pool. I look forward to returning again with my family to visit and I would highly recommend staying here. Lovely Host & Epic Views

Peter is the kindest and loveliest man, he lives next door and brought us fresh figs ! There was a beautiful feast ready waiting for the 8 of us when we arrived prepared by him. Honestly we were blown away by his hospitality and how thoughtful he was. The views are excellent and the outside space perfect for the 8 of us age 13-82. Plane spotting was exciting and the distance to 3 beaches super close these are lesser known and suited us just perfectly. We would wholly recommend this property in Minies and the special Greek hospitality you will receive from the loveliest man.

We stayed here for 3 days, and couldnt appreciate the owners hospitality enough. Best experience ever. Location is great, close to airport and Argostolli. Great views, clean property n lovely pool.The owner, a fan of cooking, prepared us lots traditional greek food, provided fruits, milk and few bottles of wine n fridge stocked with cold drinks n milk etc , all to last us during the entire stay. Cant appreciate enough.

Family Holiday

Absolutely wonderful, when we arrived Peter the host welcomed us in to Villa Affroditi and showed us around, he also laid on food and drink for when we arrived, which was so thoughtfull, the positioning of the property was ideal close to the airport, and a great view looking over the ocean. The villa itself is just perfect for a family, the bedrooms, kitchen lounge was just perfect, the swimming pool was excellent, a fantastic weeks holiday Will i come again Most Definately,

Absolutely Stunning

Wow - what an amazing experience it was staying at Villa Afroditi. Not only was the villa exactly as described but the owner was so so hospitable. Nothing was too much trouble and he was always there when we needed him. Wonderfully stocked fridge when we got there. Cannot fault our stay at all. We all loved it!!

We had the most fantastic time at this villa. We were warmly welcomed by Peter and nothing was too much trouble throughout our whole stay. There were so many lovely touches - a fridge full of food and drink and inflatables for the kids already in the pool! The villa was spotless and the beds so comfortable. Fantastic villa

Group of 8 came out for long bank holiday weekend. Was greeted by owner, who could not have been more helpful. Lovely touch of home made pastries, fruit bowl and even wine and beer in fridge! Villa was fantastic, had everything we needed. Great views of sea and runway, which we loved. Great base 5 min from airport. Would love to return.

Incredible holiday

The villa is amazing and everything we hoped it would be. When we arrived we had a warm welcome with some amazing cooked food and a fridge full of items. It is the best welcome I have ever received. The villa was spotless, so was the pool and surrounding areas. The location is perfect with everything you need close by such as bars, restaurants, shops and beach. We had the most incredible holiday all thanks to a high quality villa and an unbelievable host. We hope to return one day!

Without a doubt the best Villa in Kefalonia

The Villa is just fantastic, the views alone are enough for a wonderful review but no, there's more... the pool is spotless, the poolside bar/kitchen is fantastic and such a social area. The villa inside is well equipped and spotless, just what you want for your holiday. But the best treasure of all is the host, nothing is too much trouble, he introduces himself to you like you are old friends, and that's now how feel about him. We will definitely be going back there not just for the great Villa but to see our friend x

Amazing!!!

The house was clean and beautiful. Our host, Pete was fantastic. He filled the refrigerator, cooked us dinner and gave us 2 bottles of wine. He couldn’t do enough for us. This property was even better than the pictures. We had a great time and we will be back.. we have made great memories and a new friend.

Amazing

What a great place! a place where we immediately felt at home. This was mainly due to the owner Panagis. He took great care of us and a friendly chat every day. A well-stocked fridge, fruit bowl and homemade snacks on arrival. The house is equipped with all comforts, a lovely swimming pool and a well-kept garden. in the shed stuff for a day at the beach. we will come back to this place for sure!

Fantastic Villa

Our party of 8 stayed in the Villa Afroditi and had such an amazing holiday. Peter was so welcoming when we arrived and had even cooked us a most delicious meal. The outdoor space is top class, especially the pool and bar area and the villa is so well equipped, spacious and spotless. It is in a very quiet spot, so peaceful with the most fantastic views. The fridge was fully stocked with drinks and wine, we were blown away by his hospitality. He even drove us to the Supermarket to stock up on our 2nd day. Cant recommend this villa enough, the only down side was that we had to leave!!

Excellent Villa, pool and view, Panagis the host is the best ever and the welcome pack is immense!

This Villa is perfect. Great location, close to beautiful quiet beaches, local restaurants and a short drive to Argostoli. The villa is excellent, beautifully clean, with everything you need, with swimming inflatables, pool towels and beach seats and equipment provided. Panagis, the host makes the holiday! He is friendly and helpful without being intrusive. He provides the best welcome pack we have every had, then cooked us a delicious meal mid stay too. He has the loveliest dogs too that the children loved playing with. I would recommend this or his other villa to anyone and we all hope we can return to stay with him again very soon. Missing you already!

Amazing Greek Island tay

Our stay was amazing! This Vrbo stay was just so impressive. First, let's start with the beautiful property. Not only was it so clean, it was beautiful with the beautiful outdoor area and pool. It was convenient to get to and easy to access. Now let's talk about our host..just WOW! He made us feel at home right away by having an amazing spread of homemade Greek food waiting for us and a STOCKED fridge with water, soda, beer & wine (including homemade wine!). He was so easy to communicate with and gave us some great recommendations on which beaches to go to and some restaurants to try out. Every morning we'd wake to the outdoor pool area with new fresh towels on lounge chairs. If you are looking for a genuinely good person as a host on an amazing property, this is the location to stay!

Wow! What a welcome with home cooked food, cold drinks and wine in the fridge for our arrival, and a fabulous greeting from Penagis. We felt totally at home. Even a travel cot, highchair and toddler toys and inflatables for the pool. Villa is spotless! Beds so comfy. Aircon good. We hired a car to get around but only 6 min drive into Lassi and 12 to Argostoli. Cannot express in words just how perfect villa Afroditi is. We have booked again for next year and already counting fown the days 😆 Thank you thank uou thank you for the holiday of a lifetime.
