Located on the 2nd floor of a family residence; quiet, facing a park with children's playground.
Dining area with kitchen, tabme and four chairs.
Sleeping area with one bed for 2 people plus sleeping loft for 2 children; sitting area with two chairs, a TV and TNT SAT HD decoder, the DVD player. Free INTERNET connection with the DOMINO 4G ORANGE (ask for the keys).
Bathroom, separate W-C.
PARKING ON PRIVATE PARKING AREA STREET VERCORS or outside the residence.
Near the village center and shops (200 meters walk). Shuttle to the ski slopes of La Côte 2000 and Nordic ski Bois Barbu 100 meters. Ski slopes and luge La Colline des Bains 200 meters with group classes for children taught by qualified teachers ESF. Labeled "FAMILY PLUS" by the Tourist Office of Villard de Lans

Nous avons découvert un studio à moitié plus petit que mentionné dans le contrat, soit 15m2 au lieu des 30 m2 du contrat signé par le propriétaire L'agencement est ancien avec salle de bain rose, rideau de baignoire en plastique, lavabo à colonne, coin cuisine en formica jaune, lit au raz du sol, chauffage réglé à la température fixée par le propriétaire avec interdiction d'y toucher.

Petit studio très cosy très fonctionnel tout a été très bien pensé nous étions 3 pour une semaine.

Nous y avons séjourné pendant les vacances de février. La résidence est très calme très propre très bien placée dans le village. Accès aux navettes pour aller skier, proche aussi du centre-ville Pour nous c'était l'idéal. Mes 2 enfants étaient indépendants ils pouvaient prendre les navettes, aller à la patinoire, à la piscine ou encore accéder très facilement au parc de luges. Je relouerai ce studio à l'avenir avec grand plaisir.

Studio accueillant dans résidence cosy et calme

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le studio déjà par son emplacement (très près du centre de Villard sans aucune gêne du passage de voitures et où le parking est garanti). L'entrée dans la résidence est tout à fait charmante : on se sent immédiatement bien dans ce décor chaleureux (jolies tables en bois et lampes basses) avant de grimper au 2ème étage dans l'escalier recouvert d'une douce moquette et décoré de jolies vitrines. Le calme règne également à l'intérieur de cette grosse bâtisse. Le studio est très lumineux et comportait tout ce dont nous avons eu besoin durant notre séjour.

Très bon séjour

Le studio est bien aménagé, assez confortable. Il manque de rangements mais cela n'a pas été un soucis pour un weekend. Il est agréable et très lumineux. Nous avons passé un bon séjour malgré une météo capricieuse. Villard-de-Lans est une station très agréable. Juste une chose : le lit enfant est trop petit pour deux ados ou pré-ados, il faut prévoir un couchage supplémentaire.

Très bon séjour !

Location à vivement recommander. Studio chaleureux et bien situé dans la ville de Villard de Lans. Les renseignements géographiques étaient très clairs et nous avons beaucoup apprécié le cadre assez souple que nous ont permis M et Mme Noblet pour les heures de départ et d'arrivée, ainsi que leur cordialité lors de nos échanges.

Très confortable et propre

C'est notre deuxième séjour dans ce studio très sympa, bien agencé et propre. La petite mezzanine convient parfaitement à 2 enfants (de 6 à 15 ans). Le studio est correctement équipée. Son emplacement est à 500m du centre de la ville et donc très bien placé. Seule (petite) ombre au tableau, il est orienté nord. Mais quand on passe la journée au ski, ce n'est pas vraiment un problème.

bonnes vacances

Le studio est tres agreable, à 5 minutes a pied du village et à 8 minutes en voiture du domaine skiable. les lits sont bons et il y a tout le materiel necessaire dans l'appart ! rien a redire (sauf peut-etre une absence de rangement pour tous les vetements !)
