Forte Nevea is a private house surrounded by greenery ideal for those who want to enjoy the wonders of the 5 Terre and the Gulf of Poets, just 10 minutes by car from the central station of La Spezia. Ideal for those who prefer tranquility and relaxation immersed in the silence of nature out of the confusion of the city and tourist places.

Ours is a house of about 130sqm with a large welcoming and comfortable private garden that we make available to our guests in order to fully enjoy the wonders that the area offers.
The house is spread over three floors, a large living area with open kitchen and bathroom with shower, an upper floor with two double bedrooms each with private terrace, a bathroom with tub and finally an attic with double bed to accommodate up to to 6 people.
The house has free Wi-Fi, TV, DVD, oven, microwave, dishwasher and safe. The internal kitchen is super equipped for every culinary need !!There is also another kitchen on the outside of the outdoor area which is also equipped with every comfort.
The house is surrounded by a large garden surrounded by greenery near a forest where you can relax and organize dinners outdoors with the barbecue available for guests.
The house has two free private parking spaces on the property.
We offer the possibility of daily sailing trips to enjoy a unique experience in the sea of the 5 Terre and surroundings. You can visit the Park of Portovenere and its islands, the Gulf of Poets or admire the Cinque Terre from the sea!
Noah and Mali, our nice cats, will be happy to welcome you to keep you company in the garden during your stay, without obligation !!!
The house is located in the hilly residential area of La Spezia, about 10 minutes by car from the La Spezia station, ideal for reaching the 5 Terre in a few minutes.
The house is ideal for trekking lovers as it is located in a crossroads of the main Cai hiking trails of the 5 Terre Park which can be reached on foot or by bicycle. In the immediate vicinity you can find basic necessities (food, tobacconist, post) and characteristic good quality places to eat. Strategic area to reach cities of art such as Pisa, Florence and Genoa with an hour by train.
The bus stop to / from La Spezia is located in front of the house. House recommended for logistical issues, to those who have a car.

Good life in Italy

We had 2 wonderful weeks in the house of Alessia and Vitorrio, even our dog Duke was more than welcome. The house is furnished with love and everything you need is available. there is a lot to see in terms of photos and souvenirs from the countries they visited, you get a kind of museum there. Alessia and Vitorrio are always close by and easily accessible for questions, but they respect your privacy. There is plenty to do in the area, many nice towns and cities, but you do need a car to reach it. In the Dutch rain we look back on a nice stay in sunny Italy

A ne pas manquer! Séjour au top

Nous avons passé une semaine géniale! Alessia et Vittorio sont des gens adorables, chaleureux et qui ont le sens de l'acceuil. Leur maison, située dans un quartier calme, est très agréable, confortable, et meublée avec goût. Le jardin et la terrasse couverte sont un atout... et ils accueillent avec plaisir nos amis à 4 pattes. Nous avons pu découvrir la région grâce aux nombreux conseils d'Alessia... et nous n'avons pas été déçus! Tout est magnifique ! Nous avons pu profiter d'une sortie en voilier avec eux, pour nous faire decouvrir la côte autrement, un vrai régal. Nous sommes repartis avec plein de beaux souvenirs en tête, et la joie d'avoir pu faire la connaissance de gens aussi charmants. NB: Alessia parle couramment le français et l'anglais, ce qui est très pratique quand on ne parle pas italien 😉 Je conseille vivement cette location 😊

Perfekter Urlaub

Wir waren auf der Suche nach einem gemütlichen und komplett eingerichteten Ferienhaus, abseits des Touristentrubels, möglichst nahe am Nationalpark Cinque Terre und doch verkehrsgünstig gelegen. Bei Alessia und Vittorio sind wir fündig geworden. Das Haus fanden wir wie beschrieben vor. Es ist reich an gechmackvoll plazierten Erinnerungen an eine Weltreise unserer Gastgeber. Unsere beim Anblick der Fotos aufgekommenen Vermutung, dass hier ein Profi am Werk war, hat sich in Person von Vittorio bestätigt. Für unsere Touren haben wir meist die Bahn oder das Schiff benutzt. Dazu sind wir ca. 10 min mit dem Auto in die Stadt gefahren und haben in der Via Gaeta immer einen Parkplatz gefunden. Mit Easypark kann man bezahlen und bequem verlängern. Sich um das leibliche Wohl der drei hauseigenen Katzen zu sorgen war eine Pflicht, der wir sehr gern nachgekommen sind. Mali, die älteste Katze mit einem starken Bedürfnis nach menschlicher Gesellschaft und Zuwendung, haben wir besonders ins Herz geschlossen. Unsere Gastgeber hielten sich in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft auf und waren persönlich und per WhatsApp gut zu erreichen. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen und kommen gern wieder.

Alessia et Vittorio sont des hôtes charmants et très prévenants. La maison est superbement située, à l'écart de la vie trépidante de la cité de La Spezia et proche à la fois. Cette maison a une âme, elle est une invitation aux voyages lointains et un hymne au monde avec une préférence évidente à l'Afrique. Wonderful Stay at the Gateway of 5Terre

We enjoyed our stay during 1 week. we were just 2 but easily suitable for 4-5 people. The space in the house, privacy in the garden and equipment in the kitchen made our stay perfect! We particularly enjoyed being in the nature. Also, it was very nice to have advice from the landlords to organize our stay. Thank you for friendly attitude and and the availability :)

Erholsame Woche in 5 Terre

Sehr freundliche Vermieter, sehr schönes, sauberes und außergewöhnlich stilvoll eingerichtetes Haus in einer ruhigen Lage oberhalb von La Spezia. Dadurch kein typisch touristisches Umfeld mit entsprechender Ruhe. Ausflüge aller Art (für Wanderungen, Baden, Besuch der umliegenden Städte) mit dem Auto problemlos möglich. Für den Besuch der 5Terre haben wir allerdings den Zug genommen. Dies ist kosten- und nervenschonender. Insgesamt haben wir die Woche sehr genossen.

Maison magnifique et hôte sympathique

La maison est impeccable, décorée avec beaucoup de goût, les chambres spacieuses, et bien équipée. Le jardin est très beau et agréable. Tout est bien entretenu. Très jolie maison au calme sur les hauteurs de La Spezzia

Maison Conforme à la description des photos , très propre, au calme à côté d’une forêt sur les hauteurs de la Spezzia( ville sans intérêt) À 35 minutes de Portovenerre. Vous pouvez laisser votre voiture à la gare pour visiter en train les «  cinque Terre « sans difficulté. Propriétaire absolument charmante parlant bien le français qui vous renseigne. Destination idéale pour visiter les«  cinque Terre » et être au calme le soir qd vs rentrez , maison pour 4 Dans résidence privée. Nous recommandons cette jolie location . Christelle et Sébastien

Prima huis op een kwartier van de stad. Als je even wat wil eten of boodschapjes wil doen is het wel wat ver. Klein winkeltje en twee restaurants op 5 minuten afstand. Huis en tuin was prima om een vakantie door te brengen.

Beautiful home for family vacation in Liguria: highly recommended!

As a family with two children and one dog we enjoyed a perfect holiday in the beautiful home of Alessia and Vittorio. The house is located in the hills above la spezia in a gated, quiet neighborhood. It is a great starting place for hikes of any length. La Spezia is 10 minutes away by car and has much more to offer than commonly suggested: a vivid market and unspoiled italian „normal“ live. For beaches plan a 30 min ride by car and choose from those around Lerici, Portovenere or Cinque Terre. I took my mountain bike - if you love climbing lonely, beautiful roads take yours too! The house is well equipped and has a very nice garden. The patio with the outdoor kitchen is a highlight - we have never eaten elsewhere. Alessia and Vittorio have been very kind, helpful and flexible. Thank you! Highly recommended!

Bella proprietà in una bella location!

La proprietà si trova in una bella zona di verde collinare al di sopra della città, bel giardino e ben vivibile con tutta la famiglia. In pochi minuti di auto si raggiunge la città per poi spostarsi in tutte le altre località della bella costiera di Levante. La casa si trova in una zona tranquilla e fuori dal traffico, funzionale anche per delle belle camminate in mezzo al verde.
