Apartment of about 100 square meters in a beautiful newly built single villa, garden on three sides of the house with additional cold and hot shower, 3 workstations with tables and chairs under a pergola or Tempotest awnings where you can eat or simply rest.
The town is located in the province of Oristano just a few minutes from the sea, from the beautiful beaches (Sinis natural park, Tharros, Is Arutas, Mari Ermi, Putzi Idu etc) and from the excavation site of the "Gigati di Monte Prama".
Complete with everything ready to be inhabited.
The apartment consists of 1 double bedroom with the addition of bunk beds + large tavern with fireplace and bar corner + kitchen + private bathroom + garden.
At 30 meters from the house there is a butcher / food / rotisserie and a small municipal green park with games for children, market and shops in the town.
