Für jemanden der keinen Luxus braucht ist der Wohnung wirklich in Ordnung es ist alles da was man so braucht. Wir waren mit unseren Kindern da und unserem Hund. Die Umgebung ist wunderschön mann ist zentral und direkt am Meer.

Casa muy deteriorada y sucia. Todo se iba rompiendo. Muy ruidosa
Casa sin arreglar Todo viejo y roto. Nada funcionaba bien. Todos los grifos goteaban todo el día muy ruidosa la comunidad. Llamamos para que vinieran a arreglarnos una el lavabo que la tapa estaba rota y no vinieron Un desastre

Die Wohnung hat eine tolle Lage und schöne Aufteilung.

NO ERA EL APARTAMENTO ANUNCIADO
Al llegar vimos que no era el apartamento del anuncio, todo y estar en el mismo edificio.Llamamos a la inmobiliaria que nos atendió correctamente y nos comunicó que el del anuncio estaba ocupado y no podían ofrecernos nada más. La limpieza era muy justa (se ofrecieron a volver a limpiar) y el estado del apartamento muy lamentable, cojines rotos, sillas y camas con carcoma, muebles de cocina que se desmontaban, jardín completamente descuidado, aseos muy antiguos . La ubicación en primera linea de mar excelente pero el estado del alojamiento nada recomendable, y lo más grave que no era el apartamento de las fotografías. Y nadie se responsabilizó por eso.
