DETAIL OF MY CHALET
 It is a recent chalet (2009) of 70 M2 three ears of corn at the gites of France located near Lake Chambon on a plot of 2000 M2, it has two large bedrooms upstairs (a large 140 bed and two beds 90 equipped with duvets, cot with mattress, high chair, barrier for children and on request baby bath), possibility one or two people extra on convertible sofa (with supplement 50 € for two) any comfort (full kitchen, raclette sets and fondue, crepe maker, coffee maker, kettle, multi-function robot, electric mixer), large fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, 82 cm flat screen TV, TNT, DVD player, hairdryer, 16 m2 terrace (with teak table and chairs, deckchair and Chilean), barbecue, pétanque field ...), private land (with car parking) and local available for bikes, skis or other, 250 M from the beach of Lake Chambon (beach with pedal boats, shops, restaurants, parkchildren's attractions etc ......) They are 14 km from the downhill ski slopes of Super Besse (12 km from the cross-country ski trails of Pertuyzat and Pavin) and 17 km from those of Mont Dore (but from now on there is a connection connecting the two), center of hydrotherapy and aqualulics 6 kms (st nectaire), a footpath and bikes completely redone (from which several other trails start in the mountain) starts just behind the chalets and goes around the lake passing by the two beaches (approx 4 , 5 km long) and returns to the chalets via Chambon sur lac, fishing is allowed in the lake and the river.
Ø train station 34 kms, airport 36 kms, doctor 1.3 km, Vulcania 46 kms, castle of Murol 1.3 km, animal park 4 kms, swimming pool 1 km, superb zip line (above the lake) and summer toboggan run a Super Besse (to have all the possible activities on Murol and the surrounding municipalities you do "Massif du Sancy" on google)
 Some shops (bread, newspapers, charcuterie, rotisserie, small grocery store, mountain bike rental) are between 250 m and 500 m from the beach to the lake or to Chambon le lac, the others are all on Murol at 1.2 km (super SPAR market, bakery, pharmacy, post office, free press tobacco, etc.).
Note that a medical center has just been recently opened in Murol with physiotherapist, doctor, nurse, podiatrist, dentist, nutritionist etc.
You will find below the rates that are applied for the year 2016 (October 1, 2016 to September 30, 2017).

 Possibility to rent from two nights minimum

 A tourist tax of € 1 per adult (over 18 years old) is due per day.
In autumn / winter (from October to April inclusive) there is a charge for electricity above 8 kWh per day (electric heating), ie between € 15 and € 30 for the week
 Possibility to provide fitted sheet, duvet cover and pillows (€ 12 per bed) and bathroom linen (€ 15 for two people) and cleaning (€ 48)
 Pets are accepted free of charge (please just let me know and take care of the hair during the end of stay cleaning)

Below the info to know about the arrival and access to the chalet (for those passing through Clermont):
 > Leave Clermont fd towards Issoire (motorway), after about fifteen kms take exit Besse / st nectaire (exit 6), stay on the road towards BESSE (several villages to cross) including CHAMPEIX and MONTAIGU LE BLANC last 5 km approx. after which you must take the direction st nectaire as soon as it occurs (just before crossing a bridge, on the right after the hotel restaurant "LE RIVALET"), then go to st nectaire which you have to cross and take direction MUROL .
> The exact address is: route de la plage de MUROL, plage Est> at the exit of Murol turn right towards Chambon sur lac, at the first roundabout take a left always towards Chambon sur lac then at the second roundabout bypass it completely and take on the left “the road to Murol beach”, the two chalets are about 300 meters on the left behind a hedge of reeds (be careful not to systematically follow your GPS which sends you every other time beach ..) .
