The outdoor panoramic terrace with table and barbecue, with direct access from the kitchen is a great choice for those looking to relax while reading a book or eating outside. Not far from the house, you will find the above ground swimming pool, 9 metres by 6 with a depth of 0.9 metres, complete with sunbeds used exclusively by the guests. You can also use a small garden with a lawn area and olive trees, used also by the owners, a couple living in the rest of the house. Parking within the property.Interior
Almonte is a renovated country house, which maintains its old, rural character. The property has charming, antique furniture in great condition. Entrance from the ground floor terrace, leading directly to the kitchen/dining room, which brings you to the living room. A staircase will take you to the first floor, with a double bedroom, a room with two beds, a bathroom with shower and a smaller bathroom.

Location
The property is on a hillside between the city of Lucca and the Versilia coastline. The area is full of large woods, small roads and scattered houses, originally old colonial houses and now villas owned by locals and Europeans who seek calm.

Important information
Swimming pool open from 1st June to 9th September. Access to the property via 300 metres of gravel road. The owners live in the same property, with an independent entrance, and use the outdoor area but not the pool.Activities and distances
