Villa Ricetro is a complex of 3 independent flats located in Montemagno in the Tuscan hills near Camaiore. The accommodation has been created from the one large room in which an animal, usually a horse, used to turn to transmit movement through gears to the millstone of the adjacent oil mill.

On the ground floor you will find a very spacious living room with a masonry kitchen, fireplace, TV corner (TV with international channels, wifi) and a large dining table, a bathroom with a shower compartment and a storage-laundry room made out of an old cistern for collecting the rainwater that was used by the mill for pressing olives.

Moving upstairs you will find a mezzanine open onto the living room with a double bed and a 160 cm wide French sofa bed.

This flat is ideal for 4 people (more specifically for 2 adults and 2 children, as the sofa bed is a little narrower than a double bed).

Outside you will find:
- a private space where you can eat with your family;
- a space shared with people from the other 2 flats, if any, with a barbecue area.
- a shared space with a very spacious swimming pool and jacuzzi.

- Il Girasole (property code 10699839) is the combination of Francesca 1 and Francesca 2 to accommodate 10 people.

- The entire Villa Ricetro (property code 6878844) for total privacy also on the entire outdoor area and can accommodate up to 16 people.
