The three houses of the structure have been obtained from the careful restoration of the agricultural outbuildings of a 17th century farm villa. The house is located at the top of a hilly ridge that divides the Tyrrhenian sea from the Apuan Alps. The altitude of 300 meters and the proximity to the sea make it a place with an ideal climate. Francesca 3 is one of the three houses on the Villa Ricetro property.
It has a private garden where, on one side, there is a paved and covered terrace for outdoor dining. This is furnished with an unusual wooden table and benches made of olive tree trunks. The main entrance is from the garden from the front of the villa. Large double wooden and glass doors lead into the lounge with a comfortable double sofa. The room has a lot of character provided by the original exposed stone wall, ancient terracotta arch and ceiling with wooden and terracotta beams. Passing under the arch there is a fireplace and two wicker armchairs on one side. Against the back wall is a traditional Tuscan kitchenette that has a large antique sandstone sink. 5-burner gas stove, oven and a fridge. In the center of the room there is a wooden table that comfortably seats 6 people. Light is provided by double doors on one side, which lead to the furnished terrace. The first of the two bedrooms is outside the lounge. It is a double room suitable for children. On one side there is a single bed under which a second single bed is placed which can be pulled out and used for a fourth person. En-suite is a bathroom which has a whirlpool tub with shower. The large main bedroom is located off the kitchen. It is a room with limited natural light and remains cool in the hot summer months. The room is furnished with a double bed, a 1800s wooden chest of drawers and a large four-door wardrobe. En-suite is a bathroom with shower. 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom. The double room cannot be set up as a double, it is suitable only for an adult as a single room or used as a double for children.
