Raggio di Luna is an art nouveau villa ('liberty style') with 120 square meters and garden, modern style, non smoking, recently completely restored, close to the sea and the beach. The geographical location is perfect to explore Tuscany and the Cinque Terre (the Five Lands).
The villa is located in a residential area, one of the quietest area of Viareggio: peace and quiet are guaranteed.
Raggio di Luna is a comfortable spot for enjoying relaxing evenings at home with family and friends during your stay in Viareggio.
In the area parking is free: normally you can park in front of the house and 250m away you can find a large free parking.
We speak Italian and French (mother tongue) and English.

The villa consists of:
Ground: large entrance hall, dining room, living room, fitted kitchen.
1st floor: 2 double bedrooms (bed: cm160x200), 2 single bedrooms each with a single bed (cm80x190), bathroom equipped with all amenities (large shower, wc, sink, bidet and hair-drier).
All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning (the related energy cost is not included in the price).
The villa has 1 balcony in the front side, with access from two of the upstairs rooms.
Small courtyard on the front side; on the back, patio with chairs and table (where you can eat) and garden equipped with garden furniture (umbrella and deckchairs).
The villa has also a laundry room (equipped with washing machine, iron & board, clothes horse) and summer bath with shower, wc and sink.
All rooms are equipped with heating and Schuko sockets.
The villa has continuous hot water production and emergency light.

The sea is 1.3Km away, with a choice at either free beach or beach with bathhouse. The beach has fine golden sand. Perfect for families with children (by car the sea is 2.2Km away).
The beach is easy to reach either by bike or walk along the cycle path leading down to the beach or along the path through the pine forest.
The Lago di Massaciuccoli, in Torre del Lago Puccini, is 7.5Km away. On its shores there are the Belvedere Puccini, the open-air theatre and the Villa/museum of the maestro Giacomo Puccini.

Viareggio applies the touristic tax to be paid cash at your arrival (at the moment €1.50 per person aged from 18 years for the first 10 days). You will receive a receipt accordingly.
At your arrival we will need to see your documents.
The price include does not include energy costs (water, electricity and gaz) from 15/09 to 15/06; energy costs are included ONLY from 15/06 to 15/09 except air conditioning.
