Our two floor duplex lakeshore beach home is ideal for families and couples looking for a beach front property and the most central location in Penticton. We are conveniently located within walking distance to a number of local attractions, restaurants and amenities nearby:

Cancellation Policy:
100% refund if the cancellation was made more than 90 days prior to check-in date
50% refund if cancellation made between 30-90 days prior to check-in date
No refund is given to cancellations made in less than 30 days prior to check-in date
Bookings are not confirmed until the Rental Agreement is signed and returned to the Homeowner and the required payments are received.

Unique – Our home is unique because of its location and we love the flat roof mid-century house style. We recently discovered the house won a design award when it was originally built. There is a beautiful large maple tree in the backyard, a perfect shady spot to relax and read a book.
