About this property

Enjoy the 1,100 feet of private, powder-white sandy beach with crystal-clear, emerald waters. Our condo is newly furnished with a king-size bed in the master bedroom, double and twin beds in the guest room, granite counter tops in kitchen and both bathrooms, and new kitchen cabinets. We are located on the Destin Harbor within Sandpiper Cove which offers a beautiful view of boats and evening sunsets from the rear balcony. Lower deck is 3 feet from the water and you can fish from this deck. Enjoy a three minute walk to the beach, or you can drive to within feet of the surf and sand, which offers a beach side grill, pavilion, beach chairs and umbrella.

Sandpiper Cove Resort consists of 43 beautifully landscaped acres in the heart of Destin, which includes a free, nine-hole, par three golf course, boat launching ramp and docking for boats and jet-skis, five pools, three hot tubes, six tennis courts, and also features the famous Louisiana Lagniappe, a four-star restaurant. Amenities also include a complete kitchen, full size washer/dryer, linens, and gas grill on the balcony. Sandpiper Cove is a gated community and is located near many excellent restaurants, shopping malls, water and amusement parks, and the Destin Harbor which offers pontoon boat and jet-ski rentals, dolphin and sunset cruises, deep-sea fishing trips, scuba and snorkeling trips, as well as many other family activities.

If needed, my cancellation policy is a full refund if you let me know prior to two weeks of your arrival date. If you let me know less than two weeks, I will retain the $200 security deposit.

Fishing from the Balcony

Loved the condo! Fishing was awesome right from the balcony! It would have been nice to have the Beach Service included but the owner did have 3 chairs and a small umbrella that we carried to the beach. Owner was very responsive and helpful. Condo was well stocked. Beds were very comfortable!

Perfect location

The condo was perfect for our visit to Destin. The porch views were amazing and the condo was very clean and comfortable. We loved the location as well. It was close to stores, restaurants, and crab island. The hosts were amazing and responsive. Looking forward to another trip back.

We enjoy Sandpiper Cove and the beautiful Gulf year round. We have a boat and a small Jack Russell. We all call Sandpiper Cove our favorite place. We have added a new flat screen TV, washer and dryer and a gas grill for the deck. While sitting on the deck you can watch the boats come in and out and see the sunset.

Why they chose this property

Sandpiper Cove has it all. The most beautiful beach with 1,100 feet of crystal white sand, full beach service, emerald blue water, 43 acres, 5 pools to chose from, a par 3 nine hole golf course that is free to guests, a great restaurant, marina and docking for my boat. My condo has free high speed internet WiFi and all the things needed for a great vacation. You can go to the Sandpiper Cove website to see the complex and what we have to offer.

What makes this property unique

In addition to all the great things at Sandpiper Cove, you are in the heart of Destin FL. Restaurants, shopping, fishing, water sports, and much more just minutes away. There is so much to do at Sandpiper Cove -- sometimes it is hard to leave. If you want to fish, just drop your line in at the marina docks or off our back deck, or go deep sea fishing, just 5 minutes away. We also have several pickle ball courts right out the front door.
