After the wrought iron gate, a gritted road along the landscaped garden leads to the interior courtyard by the South and the East to the North of the house. On the ground floor: the garage (39 m2) is for 2 cars and gives access to the laundry room. The entrance gate gives access to a big hall (16m2)and opens to the living room (47m2) with leather furniture and a dining room. The eastern side of the house has202 bedrooms (18 and 13m2), a dressing room (5m2), a shower room (5m2) and 2 separated toilets. The western side has the kitchen (30m2) with a kitchen island and another table in the dining room. From this area, you have access to the wine cellar, the laundry room with washing machine and to the garage. Upstairs: in this area, the staircase leads to the first floor to the mezzanine (television area 12m2) that opens to the suite (bedroom of 20m2, bathroom, separated toilets, wardrobe ), and to an area with sofa bed that opens to 3 other bedrooms and separated toilets.

Nous (5 adultes) avons passé un séjour très agréable avec nos six (petits)-enfants dans cette belle villa sise à qq mn (à pied) de la magnifique plage de Kersidan. Le contact avec les hôtes était fluide.

Das Haus ist wunderbar! Sehr groß und schön eingerichtet. Alles, alles vorhanden! Angenehm die 3-4 Parkplätze auf dem Grundstück. Die Lage ist top! Nur wenige Minuten zum schönen Strand, Bäcker per Auto nah, Supermarkt in Nevez schnell zu erreichen. Wir haben sehr schöne Ausflüge gemacht. Nach Pont Aven, Concarneau, zur Pointe de Trevigno, zum Plage Tahiti..etc. Alles nicht weit. Der Markt in Concarneau und die Ville Close sind immer ein Highlight.Wir waren mit unserer Villa sehr zufrieden. Hatten sogar füe ein paar Tage Übernachtungsgöste, die auch in der Bretagne leben.

Une maison où il fait bon vivre

Maison très agréable à vivre, grande, nb rangements, joli jardin, plage proche, nous avons apprécié la mise â disposition des vélos, combinaisons , et 6 chaises longues ce qui est inhabituel.. bravo! Prêts à revenir même si wifi limitée

Séjour sous le soleil

Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans cette maison. Il y a de l'espace dedans et dehors, tout le matériel nécessaire pour bien s'occuper, et la localisation est top. Plage de Kersidan accessible facilement.

Nous étions 4 familles avec enfants en bas âge et la maison était parfaite pour tous nous accueillir sans se marcher dessus. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour séjourner, la pièce de vie est grande (très utile quand il pleut des jours entiers) et la plage toute proche à pied.

Belle semaine de vie ensemble !

La maison de Mr et Mme Deligne est absolument excellente à vivre ! Nos 3 familles (12 personnes au total) y ont trouvé l'espace pour chacun et les équipements pour tous. Malgré une réservation tardive, l'équipe de Mr David (l'intendant qui s'occupe de la location) avait tout préparé dans la maison, il ne nous restait qu'à profiter et prendre du bon temps ! Le bord de mer à proximité immédiate est très varié et agréable. Rien à redire sur cette superbe maison de vacances !

Superbe !

Excellent séjour pour le nouvel an dans cette grande maison, parfaitement équipée, nous étions 3 familles et chacune avait son coin nuit, salle de bain, toilettes. Le soleil brille sur les baies vitrées dans la pièce de vie, c'est très agréable autant de lumière en plein hiver ! La proximité de la plage, le grand jardin, les enfants se sont régalés (les grands aussi!). Très bon échanges avec les propriétaires ainsi que Sébastien pour l'intendance.

Une maison idéale pour des vacances en bord de mer

La maison est immense, très fonctionnelle et accueillante : nous étions 3 familles, 6 adultes et 8 enfants. Malgré un temps d'automne qui nous imposait de rester pas mal à l'intérieur, la maison est conçue de sorte que nous avions nos espaces indépendants, adultes, ados, jeunes enfants. Nous avons profité de la grande cuisine bien équipée et de la salle à manger pour de grands repas. La mer est proche (400m) et nous avons fait un stage de surf très sympa sur la plage voisine. Le chemin des douaniers est magnifique sur cette portion avec le charmant petit port de Trévignon. La jardin est très agréable également, les enfants en ont profité. Nous conseillons donc vivement !

Retrouvailles en famille post deconfinement

Séjour très agréable dans cette magnifique propriété, à 2 pas de la côte. Maison tres bien agencée et équipée, idéale pour des retrouvailles en famille. Nous avon pu profiter de la plage et de la côte grâce à un météo très clémente ainsi que des douceurs culinaires locales, en particulier des crêpes fraîches achetées à 2 pas de la maison.Un régal ! Les échanges avec l'hôte et la société de gestion ont été très bons. Merci pour leur accueil et la délicate attention découverte à notre arrivée (cidre et biscuits...auteure salé biensur :)
