Regarding the cancellation and refund, we rely on Airbnb to handle the refund and exchange of funds. The messages you received are automated from the website, and we apologize for any distress they may have caused. We have since checked, and all funds, including any exchange differences, have been returned. There must have been a delay in processing, which we understand can be very frustrating. Regarding the bedding setup, we apologize if there was any confusion. While we are willing to accommodate seven adults, we always provide accurate information about the bed situation in our listing. We understand that the click clack couch is not suitable for adult guests and is better suited for children. We strive to be transparent by providing detailed descriptions and pictures so that guests can make informed decisions about their stay. Regarding the property being listed as a duplex, we apologize if this detail was missed at the time of booking.
