A boat house overlooking the sea, easily accessible. A romantic wooden cottage on three floors, equipped with all amenities, in a cove of fishermen.
An ideal place for couples and families (with no small children) who seek shelter out of the ordinary in close contact with the sea, but a stone's throw from the village (200mt.). Where you can enjoy the privilege of having breakfast with views of the cliff from an ancient door; be lulled by the sound of the waves and their reflection in the silver master bedroom; be enchanted winter by the fire of fine bronze wood-burning fireplace in the large central room. In short, the ideal place for a holiday in all seasons, relaxing, reflection, the direct relationship with the sea and with nature, in a unique Mediterranean location.

Rifugio del Marinaio - ein Fischerhaus, das eine Oase wurde!

Was für ein glücklicher Ort, was für ein herrlicher Platz direkt am Meer in Apulien! Die Geschichte des Hauses ist geschrieben und gebaut von einem Mann, der das Meer liebt, der die Fischerei kennt und für sich selbst dort eine Oase geschaffen hat. Ganz leise und zurückhaltend sitzt das "Rifugio del Marinaio" zusammen mit anderen Fischerhäusern in einer kleinen Bucht, jedoch mit Blick auf das Wasser und ergänzt um eine große Terrasse. Innen klug und wertig ausgestattet ähnelt es einem Schiff: dunkles Holz für Böden, Treppen und Möbel verleihen Gemütlichkeit. Jede Nische wurde bedacht, sorgsam geplant und eingerichtet. Am "Oberdeck" liegt die Küche in einer Galerie. Holztreppen verbinden den Wohnraum im Erdgeschoss auch mit den darunterliegenden Schlafräumen und dem Bad im "Unterdeck". Das kompakte Bad erfreut mit einer Ausstattung aus edelem Naturstein und gibt dem Haus eine zusätzliche feine Note. Für uns war es für 9 Tage das Paradies: mitten im heißen Sommer Apuliens hatten wir ein klimatisiertes, kühles Haus, die Badebucht mit all den italienischen Badefreuden vor der Tür und einem Sonnenaufgang, der den Fischern gehörte. Der wunderbare Ort Polignano al Mare ist zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Dort gibt es die romantische Altstadt mit den typischen Bars, Lokalen und Eisdielen in allen Facetten und natürlich die spektakuläre Bucht und die faszinierenden Grotten der Felsenküste. Wer all das turbulente Treiben in der Stadt gerne mit etwas Abstand genießen möchte und auch ein Freund des Meeres ist, findet im Fischerhaus eine einmaligen Ort. Wir bedanken uns sehr für die große Gastfreundschaft, mit der wir in diesem Idyll aufgenommen wurden!

Noi abbiamo avuto una bellisima settimana a Poligano. Vito era molto gentile, la casa pulita e molto piacevole con una vista stupenda. Il mare cosi vicino e pulito, i restauranti buonissimi al centro. Grazie Vito per tutto.

Traumhaus vor allem in der vor- und Nachsaison

Ein toller Ort mit einzigartiger Atmosphäre im Haus und auch rundherum,. Im Haus alles vorhanden, vito, der. Besitzer sehr bemüht, . einziger Nachteil: viele oft laute Menschen in der Bucht, tagsüber und nachts!

Ein absolut gelungenes Frienhaus zum Wohlfühlen!!!

Der Empfang von Vito, dem Vermieter, war sehr sehr herzlich. Wir haben uns am Platz Largo Gelso, unweit vom Eingang der Altstadt entfernt getroffen und sind dann zum nahegelegenen Haus gefahren. Der erste Eindruck war überwältigend, neben ein paar noch nicht renovierten, aber als Badehäuser benutzten Fischerhäuser sah man schon das schön restaurierte und weiß gekalkte Haus mit einer wunderbar großen Terrasse an den Klippen zur Bucht. Der erste Blick ins Haus war toll, alles ist mit Liebe hergerichtet, der Boden ist ein wunderbar dunkler Riemenbolden der sich durch das ganze Haus zieht, die Einrichtung ist aus dem selben Holz gefertigt. Im Erdgeschoß befindet sich das Wohnzimmer und im ersten Stock eine sehr schöne Küche, sehr sauber, hier merkt man, dass der Besitzer auch oft das Haus bewohnt. Der Gasherd und das Spülbecken sind sauberst geputzt, keine Ränder. Wir mieten oft Häuser, aber so peniebel sauber war noch keines! Ich wunderte mich schon wo sich das beschriebene Schlafzimmer und das Bad befindet, nicht im ersten Stock und auch nicht im Erdgeschoß. Dann sah ich noch eine Treppe abwärts! Im "Untergeschoß" hat uns Vito dann das Badezimmer und das Schlafzimmer gezeigt. Das Schlafzimmer hat ein Fenster mit Blick aufs Meer! Grandios! Es gibt genügend Kästen zum Aufbewahren der Kleidung, das Bett ist sehr groß nur die Matraze für mein Empfinden etwas zu hart. In umliegender Umgebung befindet sich ein Supermarkt und ein sehr guter Delikatessenladen mit der weltbesten Mortadella! Ein bisschen weiter über der Brücke kommt ein Cafe und Eisladen und in der Via Garibaldi daneben ist Bruno, Bruno ist der Besitzer eines kleinen Lebensmittelgeschäfts mit den besten Paninis! Am Morgen ist das Brötchenholen ein wunderbarer Spaziergang, der Anblick des Ortes ist am Morgen einfach atemberaubend, und danach kann man ein kühlendes Bad in der Bucht nehmen. In der Altstadt gibt es einige sehr gute Restaurants und Cafes. Lohnend ist ein Ausflug Richtung Ostuni, die Strände dort sind sehr schön und nicht überlaufen. Die Olivenheine und die dazugehörigen Masserias laden zum Ölkauf und essen ein. Zum Keramikgeschirr kaufen ist der Ort Grottaglie in der Nähe von Taranto sehr geeignet! Alberobello, das Trullidorf, ist auch sehr sehenswert, hier glaubt man, man befindet sich bei Asterix! ;-) Locorotondo ist auch sehr schön anzuschauen. Umbedingt essen sollte man "Impetata di Cozze" Miesmuscheln in Meerwassersud gekocht und Polpo grilliada. Vito - wir kommen wieder!!!!!

Notre hôte Vito est fort sympathique avec plein de petites attentions... Le refuge Sailor est idéalement placé avec une vue magnifique et un accès à Polignano a Mare à pieds. Le refuge garde son authenticité et est décoré avec beaucoup de goût.

Raumhaftes Fischerhaus

Wir waren zunächst im Oktober in dem geschmackvoll eingerichtetem Haus direkt am Meer. Mit großer Terrasse, die zum verweilen einlädt. Von dort ist man nur durch ein paar Treppenstufen vom Strand getrennt. Weil es uns so gut gefallen hat sind wir im Folgejahr in der ersten Augustwoche wiedergekommen. Obwohl dort der Strand viel voller ist hat man durch die private Terrasse auch in der Hochsaison den schönsten Platz für sich allein. Das Haus ist wie ein Schiff konzipiert. Man schläft im Bug unten. Die Eingangstür führt direkt ins geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtete Wohnzimmer. Von dort führt eine Treppe auf die Galerie, auf der sich die Küche befindet und von der man durch ein Bullauge auf das Meer blickt. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Also nur zu empfehlen mit 5 Sternen.

Vacanza indimenticabile

Una casa-barca a strapiombo sul mare. Luogo incantevole con mare pulito e incontaminato. Ottimi la degustazione di piatti di pesce.
