We really enjoyed our 2 week stay here. A large, well equipped, warm, comfortable space with character, access to half of the front patio (shared with friendly neighbour’s dogs and cats), as well as the upstairs room and terrace if needed. Ideally located for walking and exploring this chestnut farming region and mountains, close to village shop and bars and also near enough for day trips to archaeological sites. Perfect.

What a lovely property in a peaceful location! It’s only 15 minutes to Salerno, so the Amalfi Coast is right there, and we found this to be a great base to explore from. The house is basic but has everything you need, with the hosts being very accommodating of requests and quickly responsive to questions during our stay. The property is connected to another house, and the lady who lives there owns the farm that surrounds the house, she is lovely and friendly, she speaks only Italian so it was difficult to communicate with her but she welcomed our children and enjoyed watching them play with the dogs and cats that roam the farm. Overall a really lovely spot to stay with wonderful views and nature all around.
The patio area out front with the farm dogs and cats.
The hazelnut farm that surrounds the property is lovely for a walk.
The view from the terrace is spectacular.

a éviter pour une famille avec des enfants, ils nous ont facturé le menage mais le logement était sale. Chiens qui aboyaient toute la nuit, la route vers le logement uniquement accessible a pied ou en 4x4, nous avons cassé notre voiture en empruntant le chemin. L'eau coulée comme un petit filet, pas du tout pratique pour se doucher ou meme faire la vaisselle. sinon le cadre juste magnifique.

Trés satisfait

Notre séjour s'est extremement bien passé, la communication avec le propriétaire était trés bonne, l'emplacement et le logement aussi. Beaucoup d'espace, animaux pour les enfants, logement au milieu de la nature. Seul bémol le débit de l'eau dans la douche qui était trés faible.

Super Gastgeber, ein sehr schönes Landhaus, mit Blick auf die Bergen, 30-40 Minuten zu paradiesische StrĂ€nde. Äusserst zu empfehlen auch fĂŒr Familien mit Kinder.

Lovely location in an authentic old 200 yo farm house.

Idyllic rural location high in the hills. Lovely rooftop terrace overlooking the surrounding countryside. We had a few teething problems with the power cutting out but this was quickly resolved by contacting the owner.
This review was submitted before 2018 and has not been verified.

Great house for a stay near Napels

This is a comfortable house. We stayed for six days with four people, but the house easily hosts six. It's nice and cool, and even during the hot summer days we survived without problems thanks to the sun powered air-conditioning, and the shadow in the orchard. Owners are very kind and helpful, and quickly answer all questions. They are fluent in English. The neighbour is a nice woman. Although we managed to get to the house with our rented Twingo, advice is to use a stronger car as the (partial dirt) road to the house is steep. The Amalfi coast, Pompeii, Ercolano and Naples are all within an hour’s drive.
