Schöne Wohnung in traumhafter Lage

Mitte April ist es auch in Süditalien manchmal noch kühl! Aber es gab auch frühsommerliches Wetter, dass sich auf der großen Terrasse genießen ließ. Das riesige Grundstück ist ein wunderbarer alter Olivengarten. Viele schöne Frühlingsblumen gab es dort und einen wunderbaren Ausblick auf das Meer, dass ca einen km entfernt ist.Dort sind stille Buchten zu entdecken, man muss allerdings gut zu Fuß sein, etwas klettern ist manchmal nötig. Das Haus ist recht praktisch, ein Wohnraum fehlt allerdings und Heizung war nicht in Betrieb.Es gibt kein Internet.

Una casa comoda e funzionale

Il responsabile immobiliare e il proprietario gentili e disponibili. La casa è spaziosa, comoda e funzionale. La cucina in particolare è ben disposta e completa di tutto il necessario. La posizione è strategica per muoversi in diverse direzioni, ma anche le spiagge più vicine sono valide. L'ultimo tratto di strada per accedere alla casa è un po' sconnesso, ma percorribile con qualsiasi auto. L'unica nota negativa (che non dipende dalla proprietà) è la gestione della raccolta differenziata dei rifiuti, che in zona nel 2023 non è prevista, c'è solo indifferenziata. Chi ci tiene (spero tutti) può gettare i rifiuti differenziati passando da Vieste città.

Traumhafter Sommerurlaub

Tolle, gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung mit traumhafter Aussicht und schöner Lage im Grünen. 3 Wohnungen im Haus, trotzdem hat jeder seine Privatsphäre. Das Haus ist so gebaut, dass keiner dem anderen rein oder auf die Terrasse schaut. Alles, was man für den täglichen Bedarf braucht, gibt es in der Nähe. Auch die Strände sind nicht weit entfernt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Zeit sehr genossen! Absolut empfehlenswert.
