Mooi, modern (gelijkvloers) appartement met tuintje en terras

Voor ons een super gelijkvloersapp waar alles aanwezig is met goede airco's. Auto kan geparkeerd worden op het terrein. Het ontvangst door 'Nadia' was zeer hartelijk. Geen vraag was te veel. Elke dag kwam ze eens langst om de bloemen water te geven zonder hier bij op te vallen of storen. Ze gaf ook veel adresjes om lekker te gaan eten of op uitstap te gaan. Het appartement is op ong 150m van het Gardameer gelegen waar je dan direct op het strand komt waar je stoelen en parasols kan huren (5euro per dag en stuk). Er is ook geen gebrek aan vrij strand (wel allemaal kiezelstrand). Het appartement is zeer rustig gelegen op 3min fietsen van de Lidl waar ze alles hebben en ook dagverse broodje, croissants enz..... Als uitvalsbasis is het super gelegen. Op een 25 min wandelen van Peschiera langst het water... Top! 9km van het oude centrum van Sirmione, op 12km van Lazise, op 17km van Bardolino, die allemaal minstens een bezoek waard zijn..... Dus, wij hebben een topvakantie gehad. En dit mede dankzij de tips die onze gastvrouw Nadia gegeven heeft.

Sehr saubere Wohnung in direkter Nähe zum See

Sehr saubere Wohnung, modern eingerichtet, der Gardasee ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Man geht etwa zu Fuß 30 Minuten bis Peschiera an der Promenade entlang. Die Küche ist gut eingerichtet. Die Matratzen waren für uns etwas zu hart, aber sehr neu. Die Wohnung hatte ein Smart TV. Wir konnten mit unserem Account Netflix schauen. Soweit war alles gut.

Thanks Melanie I hope to see you again soon in another period. I'm sorry that the weather was not good. Unfortunately during the month of March there was very cold, snow and lots of rain. It is the first year that has happened but has delayed the opening of the tourist season of the whole area. We hope to see you again and thanks again

Das Apartment ist super schön, neu und gepflegt. Die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Vermieterin war extrem hilfsbereit und bei jedem Anliegen sehr schnell zur Stelle. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub und können die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen.

Die Vermieter waren sehr hinterher in allen Belangen. Die Wohnung war mit allem ausgestattet was man für einen tollen Urlaub benötigt. Ideal auch für Kinder (Wohnung im Erdgeschoss) Kann man nur weiterempfehlen. Daumen hoch.

sehr gut und auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert

Sehr schöne moderne Wohnung, ganz neu eingerichtet. Super freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Einen kleinen Punkteabzug gibt's nur wegen ein paar Details. So fehlen z.B. Handtuchhalter, und die Küche könnte ein paar Teller, Tassen und Gläser mehr vertragen. Leider gibt's auch keinen Geschirrspüler, aber damit kann man sich arrangieren. Trotz allem ein sehr schöner Urlaub und die Wohung ist jederzeit zu empfehlen!

Hello Andreas thank you! I'm glad that was a great vacation. I made myself available throughout your stay for any need. I'm sorry you did not tell me the few things were a bit. I thought about ten pots and about fifteen cups and glasses were enough. The dishwasher is not provided (it was our choice) even in the site ad. The bathroom is small and modern .. the wall-mounted towel rails are not lovely to see but a thermo furniture is like 3/4 towel holders. We also added a shower hook. For us every customer's need (whenever possible) is a must! If you come back to another holiday we will not have any trouble asking for your needs. Good luck to all. A greeting to your wife and your beautiful children!

Nice modern Apartment

The house is very nice, new and modern and so is the apartment. The garden was great for the kids and we could use the toys and the roof terrace. Nadia and her family were perfect :) friendly and very obliging! Thanks a lot once more! Only one little idea for improvement: as the bathroom is not too big and we were 4 adults we had difficulties to deposit our bath-stuff in the bathroom and had no hooks to hang up the towels.
