Come and enjoy a relaxing holiday 200 meters from the sea in a comfortable independent villa equipped with all comforts in the marina of Tertenia The house consists of two double bedrooms and one double bedroom, lounge with kitchenette, two bathrooms and a large veranda with sea view , barbecue, garden and private parking space. Sarrala is the ideal place for a relaxing holiday.
A few kilometers away you can enjoy the enchanting beaches of Cala Luna and Cala Mariolu, you can discover the interior of Sardinia on board the "little green train" dating back to the early 1900s or visit the cave on Marmuri, one of the most beautiful and largest of Europe.

Enjoy the Sardinia sea relaxing in an independent villa 200 meters from the beach. The house includes all the comforts; it has 2 bedrooms (4 beds, one king bed and two twins bed), a large terrace with sea view, a well equipped kitchen and sitting room with tv, private parking and one bath.

Sarrala is the ideal place for resting and relaxing, furthermore it allows you to discover some of the most beautiful parts of Sardiana. You can visit the area sitting on a train dating back to the first decades of 900, explore one of the biggest cave of Europe (grotta su Marmuri) and a few kilometers down the road you'll have the possibility to see Cala Mariolu, the most beautiful beach of all Italy.

Sardinien Ost - gerne wieder

Sehr sauberes Ferienhaus. Sehr gute Ausstattung. In jedem Zimmer Klimaanlage. Waschmaschine und Außendusche ist eine feine Sache. Trotz später Anreise gut gefunden. Die Wegbeschreibung könnte etwas detaillierter sein. Zur größeren Stadt ist es ein Stückchen zu fahren. Die Landschaft ist abwechselungsreich, auch im Hochsommer war es noch grüner als in anderen Regionen. Das Wasser sehr sauber und klar, vor allem bei den Felsen. Für uns ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Good for smart working

Booked this villa for two weeks to do some smart working by the sea. The house is beautiful and cozy. Antonella is nice and reliable. If you want ti relax is a perfet place to be. If you want to live summer by night, look somewhere else :)

Urlaub im Paradies

Die ruhige Lage ist perfekt! Gegend nicht so touristisch! Sehr schönes, liebevoll eingerichtetes Apartment mit Meerblick! Unsere Gastgeberin, Antonella war sehr Gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit! Ein perfekter Urlaub!

Ein toller Ort!

Antonella hat da ein wunderschönes Ferienhaus, in den es sich vortrefflich Urlaub machen läßt! Es hat (im Mai/Juni) eine tolle Blütenpracht - wie auch in der Umgebung. Man hat von der tollen Terrasse eine super Aussicht auf's Meer und eine tolle Bucht mit feinem Sandstrand. Es wird in der italienischen Saison (wohl ab Juni) sicher belebter als Mitte Mai, und das Angebot im Umfeld (2. kl. Supermarkt) größer, aber wir haben nichts vermißt [vielleicht Trinkwasser aus der Leitung]. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was uns/mir wichtig ist. Meine Kinder waren allerdings gleich, aber vergeblich, auf Jakuzzi-Suche. "Trotz" zeitweise naher Wegbaustelle, ist der Ort für Teens natürlich zu ruhig (Info). Daher war das WLAN ihr wichtigster Nabel zur Welt; TV blieb aus. - Schön und bereits bei 4 Personen sehr sinnvoll/hilfreich war das Außen zugängliche 2. Bad mit Waschmaschine. - Leider haben wir die stets hilfsbereite Antonella als Vermieterin nicht persönlich kennen gelernt, wir konnten sie aber (Online-Translator) stets erreichen. Danke Antonella, dass du uns vor Abreise mit unseren Rest- und Wertstoffbeuteln aus der Not geholfen hast!!! [Wir wollten diese am Freitag nach dem Mittag zum Sammelplatz bringen, der da (ab Fr.-Mittag) allerdings bereits geschlossen hatte! Am Abreisesamstag waren wir wegen der Fähre (Olbia 10:45 Uhr) gezwungen, die Wiederöffnung des Sammelplatzes um 7 Uhr nicht abwarten zu können. ALSO sollte das jeder Gast im Kopf behalten: Morgens zur Sammelstelle!]

Sehr angenehm

Viele positive Dinge wurden schon an anderer Stelle geschrieben. Diese haben wir auch so vorgefunden. Die zwei Wochen haben uns sehr gut gefallen. In der Nebensaison muss man häufiger die 20 Minuten nach Tertenia fahren, da die Läden und Restaurants im Tal geschlossen haben. Dafür ist der Strand und die Umgebung fast menschenleer. Für manche kann es wichtig zu wissen sein, dass das WLAN nur Vormittag halbwegs schnell ist. Abend ist selbst das Versenden einen kurzen Textnachricht oft nicht möglich gewesen.

Magnifique séjour

LA maison est parfait avec une belle vue. Très proche à une des plus merveilleux plage de la région d'ologastre. On a passé un séjour innoubliable vec nos trois enfants. Antonella est une super hôte est nous a répondu à tous nos questions immédiatement et nous a conseillé sur les excursion à entreprendre. Merci Antonella pour des vacances splendid dans ta maison.

Ruhige Lage, erholsame Tage...

Unser Urlaub war sehr erholsam, die Lage ist abseits gelegen und sehr ruhig, wer wenig Tourismus braucht, ist hier genau richtig. Die Gundversorgung ist auch bis Ende September gewährleistet, eine Pizzeria und ein kleiner Supermarkt blieb bis zum Schluss geöffnet. Die Strände sind top! Wir können das Ferienhaus weiterempfehlen! Great house with view of the sea

We did enjoy the spacious house with the three bedrooms and the great kitchen and the spacious balcony with the the view of the sea. Walk to the beach was quick - I can only recommend this if you want to be in a quite location.

Entspannter Familienurlaub im Juli 2023 trotz Hauptsaison und Hitzewelle

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im Juli 2023. Das Ferienhaus hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Kommunikation mit Antonella hat, Dank Übersetzer, super geklappt. Der Ort und der Strand sind trotz Hauptsaison noch ruhig, mit überwiegend italienischen Touristen. Supermarkt und Trinkwasserquelle (gegen geringe Gebühr - spart Plastikflaschen) fußläufig erreichbar. Highlight für unsere Mädels war die Eseltour in Santa Maria Navarrese.

Esperienza positiva

Abbiamo trascorso 2 settimane nell'appartamento di Antonella a Giugno 2023. Complessivamente l'esperienza è stata positiva, nonostante un po' di rumore dovuto a lavori nella casa di fianco, di cui Antonella ci aveva gentilmente avvisato prima della partenza. La casa è molto bella e ben tenuta, non avevamo capito che il secondo bagno è esterno, ma non è stato un grosso problema, anche se essendo in 5 abbiamo sfruttato i due bagni in modo intensivo. Antonella è stata molto disponibile per qualsiasi (piccolo) problema o nostra richiesta. Il paese in Giugno è molto tranquillo, ci sono due piccoli market per le spese quotidiane, solo prodotti confezionati a parte la frutta e verdura. Per la spesa grossa meglio spostarsi a Tortolì, circa 40 minuti in macchina. La spiaggia è molto bella, lunga circa 800 e molto larga, mare spettacolare come in tutta la Sardegna.

Erholsamer Frühlingsurlaub

Das Haus von Antonella ist in einer wunderschönen Umgebung gelegen und bietet alles für eine erholsamen Urlaub (einschließlich gut ausgestatteter Küche, bequemen Betten, Bettwäsche, Handtüchern und Waschmaschine). Die Kommunikation war ausgesprochen freundlich und unkompliziert. Uns hat bei unserem zweiwöchigen Aufenthalt im April besonders eine mehrstündige Wanderung vom Haus aus über den Bergrücken zu den „Piscines Naturales“ gefallen. Dabei konnte man die vielen blühenden Pflanzen, Düfte und Ausblicke von der Steilküste aufs Meer genießen. Die letzten Tage haben wir uns sogar am nur zwei Gehminuten entfernten noch menschenleeren Strand von Foxi Manna ins im Frühling noch kalte Wasser getraut und sind etwas geschwommen. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Sehr empfehlenswert!!

Sehr schönes Haus mit großer gemütlicher überdachter Terrasse. Zum karibikgleichen Strand nur 200m - mit kristallklarem Wasser und einigen Felsformationen, die perfekt für die Kinder zum Spielen sind. Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern schnell, freundlich und zuverlässig.

Alles toll

Über das Haus wurde bereits viel Gutes geschrieben, was ich auch alles bestätigen kann. Wir haben uns gleich beim Betreten sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet, tolle Lage. Die Terrasse fand ich sogar schöner als auf den Bildern, da man von dort das Wellenrauschen hören kann. Den angegebenen Toaster gab es nicht, wir haben die Brötchen vom Vortag schnell und einfach im Ofen aufgebacken. Wir waren in der Nebensaison da und der Ort war zu dieser Zeit sehr ruhig. Viele Restaurants/Bars hatten bereits geschlossen, bis zum Schluss waren aber immer noch ein paar wenige geöffnet. Der Supermarkt vor Ort bietet alles für den täglichen Bedarf, auch frische Brötchen und eine kleine Auswahl an Obst, Gemüse und abgepacktes Frischfleisch. Vom Haus aus kann man tolle Wanderungen an den Klippen entlang machen, die auch zu abgelegenen Buchten führt. Der Weg kann allerdings im Hochsommer etwas heiß sein, da es wenig Schatten gibt. Antonella haben wir leider nicht persönlich kennengelernt, der Kontakt über Whatsapp lief problemlos und war sehr herzlich. Bei Fragen hat sie immer schnell geantwortet, das Ein- und Auschecken war sehr unkompliziert. Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub.

Tolles Ferienhaus zum Leben

Wir waren als 4-köpfige Famile unterwegs (2 Erw., 2 Kinder 8 & 12), haben zwei heiße Juliwochen hier verbracht und können Antonellas Haus sehr gerne weiter empfehlen. Es ist geräumig, sauber, bietet alles was in der Beschreibung steht und man ist hier nicht nicht nur in einem Ferienhaus - hier kann man auch leben. Es gibt genügend Besteck und Geschirr und viele Dinge, die man im Alltag mal benötigt. Die Klimaanlagen waren ein Traum, so konnten wir schnell das Haus kühlen. Gegessen wurde fast immer draußen am großen Tisch. Die Liegestühle sind auch toll zur Entspannung. Der in vier Minuten zu Fuß erreichbare Strand ist vor allem für Kleinkinder toll, da es hier flach ins Wasser geht. Er war nicht überlaufen, da (wahrscheinlich) hauptsächlich Einheimische hier baden gehen. Vor Ort ist ein gut bestückter Supermarkt (Supermercato ALERI), kurz daneben ein Wasserautomat (1l für 0,05€, still oder sprudelnd). Wir haben zwei größere Wocheneinkäufe in Tortoli erledigt, da es in den großen Märkten deutlich günstiger ist. Die Umgebung ist ruhig und (noch) wenig touristisch. Wir konnten Antonella jederzeit kontaktieren und Dank eines des Microsoft Translators ist die Kommunikation einfach und verständlich verlaufen. Das Haus war das bisher beste, was wir in unseren Urlauben gemietet haben und mitlerweile sind es einige. Wer also einen schönes Ferienhaus sucht, das auch noch erschwinglich ist, wird hier fündig.

Top-Location für einen entspannten Urlaub

Erholung pur

Das Objekt ist sehr schön, gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Antonella hat am Anreisetag extra auf uns gewartet, obwohl wir erst spät abends angekommen sind. Sie spricht zwar nur italienisch, aber die Verständigung hat trotzdem ganz gut geklappt und sie ist sehr bemüht. Das Ferienhaus ist wirklich gut gelegen, mit Eisdiele in unmittelbarer Nähe und zum Strand sind es ca. 200m. Ein Supermarkt mit allen was man braucht ist auch in der Nähe (ca. 5 Minuten). Zum Essen gehen braucht man allerdings ein Auto, da es keine Restaurants (mehr) in der Nähe gibt. Der Strand von Foxi Manna hat uns persönlich gut gefallen, er ist auch im August nie überfüllt gewesen und man hat feinen Sand und an den Seiten Felsen, auf denen man klettern und auch springen kann. Zum Schnorcheln sehr schön! Für kleine Kinder ist der Strand auch super, denn es geht flach ins Wasser. Wir haben uns in diesem Haus sehr wohlgefühlt und können uns vorstellen, dort wieder Urlaub zu machen. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen!

Een heerlijke villa!

Een prachtig en goed verzorgd huis, met alle benodigdheden op loopafstand met als absoluut hoogtepunt het heerlijke strand. Antonella is zeer goed bereikbaar en uitermate gastvrij. De villa heeft uitstekende voorzieningen (airco!) en is goed onderhouden. Wij zijn inmiddels 3x geweest en komen zeker nog eens!

Traumhafter Urlaub

Wir haben unseren Urlaub im Haus von Antonella sehr genossen. Uns wurde ein super herzlicher Empfang bereitet, das Haus war in einem super Zustand!Alles wie beschrieben, Tip top sauber. Der Weg zum Strand ist kurz und auch dort ist es nie überlaufen und traumhaft schön. Im Ort bekommt man die nötigen Kleinigkeiten. Wir haben die Ruhe des Ortes sehr geschätzt. Zahlreiche Unternehmungen sind aber nach ein paar Autominuten erreichbar. Wir können die Unterkunft von Antonella uneingeschränkt empfehlen! Besonders Familien mit Kindern die einen ruhigen Urlaub bevorzugen. einziger Mini Kritikpunkt: Die Hängematte die auf den Fotos zu sehen war gab es leider nicht, was die Kinder ein wenig enttäuscht hat. Abbiamo apprezzato molto la nostra vacanza nella casa di Antonella. Siamo stati accolti in modo super caloroso, la casa era in condizioni super! Tutto come descritto, pulito al massimo. La strada per la spiaggia è breve e anche lì non è mai affollata e fantasticamente bella. Nel villaggio si possono ottenere tutte le piccole cose di cui si ha bisogno. Abbiamo apprezzato molto la tranquillità del posto. Tuttavia, numerose attività possono essere raggiunte in pochi minuti in auto. Possiamo raccomandare senza riserve l'alloggio di Antonella! Soprattutto le famiglie con bambini che preferiscono una vacanza tranquilla. L'unico mini punto di critica: l'amaca che era visibile nelle foto purtroppo non c'era, il che ha deluso un po' i bambini.
