The pool is 12 m by 4.5 m. It is heated and closes with a roller shutter.
Its depth is 1.40 m s that allows to play the ball as well as to swim. You have at your disposal in Volley net.
The teak terrace is equipped with deck chairs, a double hammock, a garden furniture, an armchair and a standing eater
There are 2 rooms on the ground floor so 1 parental suite and 2 on the floor with independent terrace. The 3 other bedrooms all have a shower room and washbasin.

We would give 6 stars if it was possible! We had a most fabulous stay and can literally say the pictures don’t do justice. Everything is perfect including the way we were treated by the wonderful hosts. We can’t wait to come back again in the future.

A wonderful private luxury property!

My wife and I along with our two young children (1 and 4) stayed at this wonderful property along with my wife's parents. The property is simply fantastic - modern, clean, and has everything you can possibly need for a relaxing week away. The owners were a joy to deal with and ensured our stay was enjoyable - even going as far as making sure the pool was nice and warm for our children (Thank you Muriel!). Overall a fantastic stay in a lovely location where you are far enough away from the busy towns to have peace and quiet - but close enough to visit the many great places that are only a short 20 minute drive away. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

Exceptional!

In short: a comfortable, spacious, and honestly flawless vacation home for the whole family. The hosts of this well-equipped home are very friendly and accommodating. We loved all the little spaces to spread out outside: the pool house, the kids playground, the pétanque, the loungers by the pool… shaded or sunny, something for everyone. Beautiful gardens as well. Excellent for large families or multiple couples. Location is perfect for access to anywhere along the coast, and there are multiple supermarkets and restaurants close by. Thank you Muriel for a wonderful stay, we’ll be back!

Vacances parfaites :-)

La maison est vraiment super et aménagée avec beaucoup de soin. L'extérieur est encore plus beau que sur les photos. Il y a vraiment tout ce qu'il faut pour des vacances en famille. Une aire de jeux avec balançoire, toboggan et petite maison pour les enfants. Un baby-foot (mon fils et moi étions ravis) et un terrain de pétanque. Et la piscine, tout simplement un rêve. L'eau était toujours bien chauffée, ce qui permettait aux enfants de s'amuser même après des heures. Nous y avons passé deux semaines merveilleuses. Un grand bravo et un grand merci aux propriétaires qui nous ont toujours aidés à répondre à nos questions et à nos souhaits. Merci beaucoup pour tout.

Grosszügiges Haus mit schönem Pool & Garten

Wir, zwei Familien mit insgesamt 3 Kleinkinder, hatten eine schöne Zeit. Vor allem das Poolhaus, den Garten und das Pool haben wir genossen. Muriel und ihr Mann bewohnen das Haus ganzjährig, wenn sie es gerade nicht vermieten. Der Vorteil ist, dass die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet ist und nichts zusätzlich mitgebracht werdern muss. Nachteil ist, dass nicht alles gründlich gereinigt ist (Backofen, Schubladen, Vorratsfächer, etc.) und persönliche Gegenstände in der Wohung hat. Muriel war sehr hilfsbereit und unkompliziert.

Ein toller Urlaub in toller Unterkunft!

Es war genauso schön wie auf den Bildern, wir würden sofort wieder hinfahren. Ich kann es uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen, man fühlt sich wie zuhause! Jedes Zimmer hat einen eigenen TV, unsere Kinder haben es geliebt:-). Alles ist sehr gepflegt und in Top Zustand! Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und offen und hilfsbereit für alle Fragen!

Première expérience de location de maison de vacances et je n'ai pas été déçu. La maison est magnifiquement décorée avec goût. Tout est bien pensé pour passer un agréable séjour. Elle est située dans un endroit très calme, idéal pour se ressourcer et se prélasser aux bords de la piscine. Un séjour parfait dans une maison splendide tout simplement. Tout est conçu pour passer des vacances parfaites en famille et entre amis. La piscine chauffée pour toutes les heures de la journée qu’il vente ou qu’il pleuve :) Des prestations qui donnent envie de ne plus bouger de cette villa. Propriétaire très agréable et gentille qui est à l’écoute et répond à toutes questions durant le séjour. Bref rien à redire mise à part vivement les prochaines vacances...

un peu difficile à trouver mais une fois arrivé à la maison, vous tombez vite sous le charme des lieux. Très bien pensé lors de sa conception, tout est la bonne place et les matériaux utilisés sont de bonne qualité. Réactivité rapide des propriétaires lors d un petit problème. Séjour de rêve dans un petit coin de paradis

Meur et Mme Hardou sont des hôtes très accueillants (accueil ponctuel et chaleureux par Mme Hardou qui a pris le temps de nous expliquer le fonctionnement général de la maison), généreux (une bouteille de vin et des boissons fraîches nous attendaient au frigo), disponibles à chaque fois que nous avons fait appel à leurs services et de bons conseils pour la découverte de la région et de la gastronomie. En fait, ils mettent leur magnifique maison à votre disposition en toute confiance. Il s'agit d'une superbe villa dans un écrin de verdure avec une vue imprenable sur le Mont Coudon. La maison est incroyablement équipée (cuisine d'été, coin bbq / plancha, pool house, coin détente avec baby-foot et terrain de pétanque avec boules, climatisation, volets électriques, 2 lave-vaisselle et 2 frigos, lave-linge, sèche-linge et fer à repasser, les 4 chambres spacieuses ont leur propre salle d'eau et terrasse, table de ping-pong et vélos à disposition) et décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Le jardin est aussi beau que la maison avec sa grande piscine à 30°C bordée de palmiers, de cactus et d'un petit étang à poissons. Bref, on se sent comme chez soi mais en mieux et on ne regrette qu'une chose : ne pas pouvoir rester plus longtemps.

Perfektes Haus für einen Urlaub an der Côte d‘ Azur

Wir verlebten im August 2 wunderschöne Wochen in diesem perfekten Haus. Die Großzügigkeit, Ausstattung und das schöne Ambiente sind in der Realität noch eindrucksvoller als auf den Fotos. Insbesondere die Gartenanlage mit der Außenküche und dem beheizten und sehr gepflegten Pool machen einen Aufenthalt hier perfekt! Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Wir können dieses Haus uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

Nous avons passé un très agréable et confortable séjour dans cette propriété en excellent état et dotée de tout le confort que l'on puisse espérer. An amazing villa with a superb pool!

The pictures don't do the villa justice. The experience was amazing. Our whole party loved playing by the pool under the backdrop of the mountains in the distance. Everything that you could image was provided - the owners are so generous and friendly!!

Wunderschönes Domizil für 2 Familien

Sehr schönes Haus mit schönem, Garten mit grossem Pool, Poolhaus, Teich mit Zierfischen und Boule Platz. Da die Eigentümer einen Teil des Jahres selbst in dem Haus wohnen, fehlt nichts an Ausstattung. Sogar das Poolhaus ist mit einer kompletten Küche mit allem Drum und Dran ausgestattet. Wir waren zwei Familien mit je zwei Kindern. Überall mehr als genug Platz für alle. Zudem blieb jeder Familie genug Privatsphäre, da sich zwei Schlafzimmer im EG befinden und zwei um OG. Alle Schlafzimmer haben ein eigenes Badezimmer. Genug Platz dass alle gemeinsam an einem Tisch sitzen können, egal ob im Haus, im Poolhaus oder auf der Terrasse. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Très belle maison avec beau jardin avec grande piscine, pool house, étang avec poissons et und place pour jouer de Boule. Comme les propriétaires vivent une partie de l'année dans la maison, rien ne manque. Même le pool house est équipé par une cuisine complète avec tous les accompagnements. Nous étions deux familles avec deux enfants chacune. Plus d'assez espace suffisant partout pour 8 Personen. De plus, chaque famille avait suffisamment d'intimité, car il y a deux chambres au rez-de-chaussée et deux au premier étage. Toutes les chambres ont leur propre salle de bain. Assez d'espace pour 8 personnes de s'asseoir à la même table, que ce soit à la maison, au pool house ou sur la terrasse. Nous reviendrons volontiers! Merci pour tout!

Das Haus ist ein absoluter Traum, sehr geschmackvoll und komplett eingerichtet. Sehr weitläufig, mit mehr als genug Platz für 8 Personen, einer Sommerküche, Bouleplatz, Tischtennisplatte und Gemüsegarten. Hier kann man es aushalten. Ich würde es jederzeit wieder buchen !

SUPERBE VILLA TOUS CONFORTS!

Nous avons passé une belle semaine. La villa est très moderne et luxueuse avec tous les équipements possibles. Elle se présente tout à fait comme sur les photos, donc une villa très agréable.
