Apartment 40 m2 (with panoramic sea view) Terrace 34m2. Located on the 1st level accessible by 1 staircase of 16 steps. Individual entrance. Parking in front of the apartment door. Possibility of 4 people. but ideal for a couple (bedroom isolated by blind) NOT SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN OF AGE. Residence with caretaker on a hillside in an area of 2 hectares of pines. Very calm environment.
NO STAY LESS THAN 1 WEEK. NO DEGRESSIVE PRICE
WIFI internet connection Secure and supervised swimming pool (July and August) small pool (children - 4 years old)
Free shuttle in high season in the morning to the city center at the foot of the residence. Supermarket + shops at the bottom of the hill. Access possible on foot to town center and beaches in 20 minutes by shortcuts for good walkers. however vehicle recommended.
Sheets and towels not provided. (except in exceptional cases for tenants traveling by plane) price 25 euros + 15 euros. Sheets and towels not provided.

Je ne connaissais pas ce quartier de Bandol,vue magnifique appartement avec climatisation apprécié.Immense terrasse .Salle de bain,une douche serait plus appropriée que la baignoire, espace cuisine plaque de cuisson trop petite,mais surtout le point noir c’est la propreté,j’ai été obligé de faire le ménage alors que j’ai donné 40 en espèces à mon arrivée pour l’option ménage.Plusieurs ampoules grillées notamment celle de la montée d’escalier.La télécommande du portail ne fonctionnait pas.Heureusement que la vue exceptionnelle m’a fait oublier ces désagréments.

Superbe vue mer

Belle et grande piscine, 20 minutes de marche pour aller au centre ville/mer par raccourci ; idem boulangerie. Nous conseillons des sorties en mer et découverte des alentours. Propriétaire à l'écoute et sympathique.

PLEIN LA VUE

Une vue magnifique , les yeux dans le bleu - appartement fonctionnel à la deco soignée - une rideau de douche serait le bienvenu - les rideaux « occultants » de la salle à bout de souffle ont rendu l’âme pendant le séjour et vont être changés. Une voiture est un indispensable compte tenu de la situation de l’appartement y compris en fonction âge et forme pour aller à la piscine au premier niveau de la résidence

Nette Wohnung mit toller Aussicht

Die Wohnung liegt oberhalb von Bandol, was zwar eine tolle Aussicht bietet, aber jedes Mal weite Wege in die Stadt,Zufluss oder mit dem Rad. Die Sauberkeit wäre Verbesserungswürdig und das gestellte Putzmaterial ist sehr sparsam ausgestattet

Bandol ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt an der Côte d’Azur mit tollen Stränden.

Nette und unkomplizierte Vermieterin. Gute Aufteilung des Apartments mit traumhafter Terrasse über Bandol im Objekt Katikias.

Superbe appartement avec une vue magnifique.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. L'appartement est très bien équipé (lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, plancha, etc....) bonne literie. La terrasse est grande et la vue de la baie de Bandol et environs magnifique ! Petit déjeuner face à la mer super agréable.

Un appartement très agréable

Nous avons passé un super séjour, dans cet appartement très agréable à la décoration soignée et doté de tous les équipements nécessaires. La vue est magnifique depuis la terrasse. La propriétaire est très sympathique. Pour descendre en ville, il est préférable de prendre la voiture pour au moins se rapprocher, surtout lorsqu'il fait chaud. Nous l'avons fait et avons trouvé, à chaque fois, à nous garer sans problème à dix minutes à pied du port.

Une vue merveilleuse... vive le ventilateur

l'appart est sympa, deco agreable equipement complet. lit un peu mou !!! la vue est sublime. certes la voiture est quasi necessaire pour des deplacements mais les commerces sont vites accessibles. la.presence d'un ventilateur est incontournable... un deuxieme serait apprécié. Séjour cool

Très belle vue

Un bel appartement avec une terrasse superbe vue mer,comme sur les photos. En revanche il manque cruellement de ventilateurs et il faut être habitué à dormir sans rideaux sinon vous êtes réveillés aux aurores!! La piscine n'est pas équipée de transat par manque de place,de ce faîtes pour ma part je le trouve un peu trop cher

Vue magnifique

Accueil sympathique de la propriétaire, appartement propre et fonctionnel avec une vue époustouflante sur Bandol. Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans cet appartement. Le seul bémol, c'est qu'il n'y a pas de volet ni de rideaux occultants.

Agréable séjour

Séjour très agréable dans un appartement très lumineux et propre. Jolie décoration, très belle association de plantes dans les jardinières sur la terrasse. Tout ceci dans un bel environnement à 180 degrés sur la baie de Bandol

Balcon sur Bandol

Vue incroyable, terrasse exceptionnelle, logement atypique et tres lumineux. Un peu sportif pour descendre a Bandol..mais ca se fait.. Piscine magnifique Abords de la residence soignés Rien à redire si ce n'est l'absence de clim.ou de ventilateur...durement ressentie par les temperatures caniculaires.
