Cozy apartment in the center of Tropea. It is in fact located in a very strategic position: just outside the ZTL area, and a few steps from the sea and the historic center of Tropea.

Apartment located 5 minutes walk from the sea and 3 minutes walk from the historic center of Tropea. Ideal for 2 people, it consists of a double bedroom, bright and essential, with wardrobe in the room and blackout shutters for those who prefer total darkness during the night.



The living room has a kitchenette, in the same room you will also find the sofa bed, TV, refrigerator with freezer, table and comfortable chairs even for 4 people. The bathroom is new with shower and window; for your convenience you will find toilet paper and hairdryer, so you don't have to pack it and travel lighter!Gaia has a balcony to which you will have access from both the bedroom and the living room. From the balcony it will be inevitable to admire our enchanting sea!By choosing this apartment you will have a free parking space in the courtyard of the condominium, if you come by car or rent it on the spot to discover all our wonderful coast! Additional Conditions: The prices include the consumption of water, electricity and gas; The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen (including coffee maker), pillows, toilet paper; The linen service (bed and bath towels) is optional and is not included in the price. If requested on site it has a cost of Euro 1 2.5 per person for the entire stay or whenever requested. If instead the linen is brought from home, no cost will be incurred. On request, a transfer service from / to the airport and from / to Tropea station is available for a fee. Small pets allowed, on request, with an additional cost of 10 per day per pet.

***BED BUGS*** Do NOT stay here. Host denied the bed bugs, even after having seen them on the mattress. Host Iffered to vacuum them up, did not understand the severity of bed bugs infestation & that property needs to be professionally disinfected. We left this property immediately.

Primo Location

The apartment was cute and clean. The location was perfect, being close to a beautiful beach, village shops and a nice walk to the city center not far away. It was also close to the train station, which took about 15 minutes to walk to. The apartment was advertised as sleeping 3 with a king sized bed in the bedroom and a twin bed in the common room. The twin bed was extremely uncomfortable with springs inside the mattress being felt through the top when lying on it. This made for a very uncomfortable night's sleep. Communicating with the proprietor was difficult as he did not speak any English. His colleague who did speak English was difficult to reach. Several times I visited the CalabriaGo office and it was always closed. I made a huge mistake by thinking that we were staying on the last day of our reservation instead of checking out. The proprietor was extremely upset (understandably so) and when I called him he screamed at me on the phone. I had been on a boat in the sea and was not able to return promptly to the apartment to move out of it. I asked to stay another night. In order to do this I had to pay for a cleaning fee, accommodations for the guests who were supposed to check in after me and a fee for the proprietor's inconvience (380 euro). Aside from ruining our last day in Tropea, the stay was quite lovely. This spot is best suited for a romantic couple and not for me and my cousin who needed our own separate sleeping quarters.
