About this property

Cozy studio apartment with private entrance and comprises a bedroom with double bed and single bed, a spacious and well-equipped kitchenette, a bathroom with shower and a small terrace with table and chairs. ( Air conditioning - warm/cold- is not included in the price ).The accommodation is situated in Barano d'Ischia in the green, nice and hospitable. The center with all facilities is 6-7 minutes walking distance and the widest beach 6-7 minutes by bus. Thanks to the bus stop a few steps from the driveway of the property there is a direct and frequent connections with the port. Important: our new house number is 85!!!

Un très sympathique accueil

Le village de Barano, au sud de l'Ile, est beaucoup moins touristique que le port, donc plus calme, hormis la route un peu bruyante en journée. Le logement était parfait avec tous les équipements nécessaires. Seul, l'accès par le bus est un peu inconfortable car l'arrêt est sur une route très fréquentée et assez étroite, mais à seulement quelques mètres de la propriété. La plage des Maronti est facilement accessible par un moyen de transport motorisé, mais vraiment loin à pied. Le séjour s'est parfaitement passé, entre mer et montagne, dans un paysage verdoyant et très fleuri.

Sehr herzlich!

Karin und Pasquale sind sehr herzliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Wir durften köstlichen Zitronenkuchen probieren, den ich zu Hause gleich mit den mitgebrachten Zitronen nachgebacken habe :) In der Unterkunft ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor der Tür und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fussläufig zu erreichen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden! Und unser Sohn hat sich über das größte Osterei seines Lebens sehr gefreut :)
