Pleasant stay

We had a pleasant stay at Donatella's lovely flat. The flat is well designed, with a well-equipped kitchen and spacious sitting/dining room and bedroom. The flat, which is part of a larger property but self-contained, is surrounded by a nice and large garden. Donatella is a friendly, warm and helpful host, providing us with information on the nearby attractions. It may require some effort to find her property in the village but it is part of the fun to explore that part of Italy. We strongly recommend anyone who is interested in visiting the Lake Maggiore district to stay with Donatella and her pets.

Schöner Urlaub

Gemütliche Ferienwohnung, die mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet war. Alles genau so, wie im Inserat beschrieben. Durch die Lage ist ein Auto zwingend erforderlich, dafür gibt es aber auch einen Carport auf dem Gelände. Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Vakantie Italië van Yvo en Wil

Het appartement bij Donatella was van alle gemakken voorzien. De rust van de grote tuin en de omgeving geven je dat echte vakantie gevoel. Wij hebben genoten van Italië en de dorpen en meten in en rond het Laco Maggiore. Het adres is wat moeilijk te vinden maar met de juiste coördinaten moet dit wel lukken. Wij hebben Google Maps doorgegeven waar het appartement is te vinden. Donatella nogmaals bedankt voor de gastvrijheid.

Ruhige Lage und dennoch zentral

Wir wurden von der sehr netten Vermieterin sehr herzlich empfangen und in der Wohnung wurde uns alles genau erklärt. Ein Parkplatz auf dem Gelände ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Wenn man etwas fragen wollte, dann hatte die Vermieterin immer ein offenes Ohr. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt.

Un superbe séjour

Le logement est propre, suffisamment grand pour 4 personnes et très fonctionnel. Le fait de donner sur le jardin et de pouvoir se garer facilement dans la propriété est un réel plus. La dame est très accueillante et très gentille. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Très bon séjour

Très bon accueil de Donatella. Elle fait tout pour qu'on parvienne à se comprendre. Elle nous a offert une bouteille de vin , des fruits de son potager. A notre arrivée, de l'eau fraîche nous attendait dans le refrigérateur , très appréciable lorsqu'il fait chaud. Le logement est conforme à la description et est bien situé pour visiter les environs.

Traumhaft schöner Urlaub

Die Ferienwohnung ist sauber und vollkommen ausreichend ausgestattet. Es ist genauso wie in der Beschreibung. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und bemüht sich sehr um das Wohlergehen ihrer Gäste ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Ebenfalls hat sie tolle Tipps wo man gut essen kann. Die Sprachliche Barriere das sie kein Englisch kann ist dann Google translator überhaupt kein Problem mehr. Alles in allem kann man die Wohnung nur empfehlen. Das einzige was man verbessern könnte wäre das Hauptbett es knarrt etwas mehr wenn man sich bewegt. Wir kommen gerne wieder wenn es dich ergibt Vielen Dank an die tolle Gastgeberinnen

Traumhafter Urlaub auf erholsamen Anwesen

Wir haben zwei wunderbare Wochen in dem Objekt verbracht. Die Ferienwohnung ist gekonnt integriert in das Wohngebäude der Vermieterin und hat einen eigenen Zugang. Die Wohnung hat alles, um sich wohlzufühlen. Die Betten sind von hoher Qualität, was sich für uns in einem erholsamen Schlaf ausdrückte. Ebenso haben wir das ausziehbare Sofa genossen, wo wir uns bequem ausstrecken und relaxen konnten. Erwähnenswert sind auch die Fliegengitter vor den Fenstern. Das Anwesen liegt auf einem großen Grundstück und ist parkähnlich angelegt mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail. Der gepflegte Rasen, ein kleiner Teich mit einem kleinen Springbrunnen sowie verschiedene Bäume und Sträucher sorgen für eine angenehme und friedliche Atmosphäre. Anreisen sollte man mit dem Auto, da man vom Zentrum von Arona doch gut drei Kilometer entfernt ist. Für uns war dies kein Problem. Wir haben die lebhafte Kleinstadt mit ihren engen Gassen, Boutiquen und Restaurants sehr genossen , um dann abends, manchmal auch nachts in unser Idyll zurückzukehren. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Geduldig hat sie unsere vielfältigen Fragen beantwortet. Grazie mille liebe Donatella. Wir können einen Aufenthalt in der Via Belvedere 28 in Arona nur empfehlen. Angi und Manfred

Il soggiorno è stato perfetto. L'appartamento è situato in collina, immerso nel verde e nella tranquillità; è confortevole e dotato di accessori che normalmente non si trovano in altre case vacanza (es forno a microonde, tostapane, asciugacapelli ecc). La gentilezza e la disponibilità di Donatella e la simpatia dei suoi gattini ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa. Grazie Donatella, spero di poter tornare con la mia famiglia a trascorrere un'altra bella vacanza.

Ein Traum für Familien

Das Haus ist wunderschön gelegen, etwas erhöht über Arona. In wenigen Minuten ist man mit dem Auto in der Stadt. Gleichzeitig kann man hier wunderbar zu Ruhe kommen und sich in dem schönen und gepflegten Garten entspannen. Donatella, die Vermieterin, ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Für uns als Familie mit zwei kleinen Kindern war es wunderschön!

Séjour agréable à Arona

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans l'appartement que Donatella met à disposition. Endroit calme avec un beau jardin et Ricardo ( l'un des chats) qui nous tient compagnie de temps en temps. Donatella est attentive aux besoins et l'appartement est bien aménagé et équipé. Pour y arriver sans encombres: la via Belvédère démarre à gauche (virage serré) juste après le restaurant la Cascina situé sur la via Partigiani qui monte vers le Colosso di San Carlo Borromeo. 100m après, elle bifurque légèrement à droite. Au niveau de la villa Nathalia, ne pas prendre la 2eme via Belvédère qui part à droite et qui dessert les nos 6, 8 et 10 mais continuer jusqu'au bout pour arriver au numéro 45. Prendre à droite et monter pendant environ 250 m puis prendre la petite route étroite qui part à gauche : le numéro 28 se trouve à 100 m sur la gauche après un virage. Location et lieu de vacances à recommander pour découvrir le lago Maggiore et ses environs.

Agréable maison

Logement est fonctionnel. Le jardin est très agréable. La propriétaire est très accueillante et parle un peu français, ce qui est appréciable. Le logement est situé sur les hauteurs d'Arona, ce qui oblige à prendre systématiquement la voiture mais c'est au calme. Les commerces sont à 10 minutes en voiture. Globalement, un bon point de chute pour visiter les environs du Lac Majeur.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'accueil chaleureux et les gentilles attentions de Donatella. Le logement était fonctionnel et situé dans un écrin de verdure. Il était idéalement situé pour découvrir le lac majeur et ses environs. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir chez Donatella et son chat Ricardo si nous repassons dans la région.

Arona est un bel endroit et nous avons pu rayonner..Lac Majeur,lac d'Orta lac de Côme.Donatella parle bien le français et nous n'avons pas eu de problème pour communiquer.A signaler la route sinueuse et étroite pour accéder à cette belle propriété.Une remarque : il manque une bouilloire pour faire chauffer l'eau ...Donatella'est accueillante et à l'écoute et nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! Lieu à recommander !

Appartamento fornito di ogni comfort, ubicato in un posto tranquillo per godere di una vacanza sul lago in pieno relax e per scoprirne le tante bellezze disseminate lungo le sue rive. Apprezzabile d'altra parte la gentilezza e la grande cordialità della proprietaria Donatella. La casa è posta in collina e quindi è necessario l'auto per potersi muovere. E' presente tutto il necessario (e anche di più) di quello di cui una famiglia ha bisogno. Abbiamo trascorso una stupenda vacanza. Consigliatissimo.

I would highly recommend this place! We had a fantastic time staying here the apartment was very clean very comfortable. It wasn't far from the town and a sheltered place to park the car out of the hot sun. The Owner was very hospitable and helpful in any way she could be. I look forward to going back in the future.

Erholsame Unterkunft in schönem Garten

Auch wenn das Navi-System im Auto die angegebene Adresse erst mal nicht fand, einfach die enge Straße weiterfahren und nach einigen Kurven ist dann auf der linken Seite die Hausnummer 28 tatsächlich zu finden. Dann kommt man zu einer schönen Unterkunft. Gut ausgestattete Wohnung (TV nur mit ital. Sendern), freundlicher Empfang, hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Man sollte aber schon etwas Italienisch können, da Donatella weder Deutsch noch Englisch spricht. Es gibt Katzen und Hunde im Haus, man sollte also weder Angst vor Tieren noch eine Tierhaarallergie haben. Anreise mit Auto absolut notwendig, da weit oberhalb des Sees gelegen und zu Fuß nicht wirklich erreichbar. Schöner Ausgangspunkt für Ausflug rund um den See und seine Umgebung. Empfehlenswert für Paare und Familien, die Ruhe und Erholung schätzen.
