The villa is surrounded by a beautiful park and is located a few minutes walk from a beach of fine white sand, where you can choose between free zones and areas equipped with deckchairs and parasols. The place is great bus in 20/25 minutes reach Syracuse: ancient Greek colony, rich in archeological sites. In about 15 minutes also you can be reached Noto, famous for its Baroque buildings. The villa consists of 2 independent apartments: ground floor and first floor.
The ground floor consists of entrance hall with kitchenette, 1 large bedroom, 1 small bedroom with bunk beds, 1 bathroom, 1 outdoor shower, 3 large verandas.
The villa is equipped for each floor: fridge, TV, washing machine, air conditioning, small oven, internal shower, sofa bed in the living rooms, bed linen, towels, car parking, safe and electronic alarm. Wi-fi available for a small additional fee.
