The house, once an ancient "lemon house" where citrus and jasmine were placed in pots during the winter season, is immersed in a well-kept garden, a two-minute walk from the rocky shoreline that is also easily accessible to children. The structure is now an independent guest house and therefore falls within the garden of the main villa.
With its large window functional to the use of ancient lemon groves, the house consists of a double-height living room with two single sofa beds, a kitchen corner and a mezzanine with an Italian double bed (160x200 cm), equipped with chest of drawers and clothes hangers. The bathroom has a shower and bidet. Outside, from the house there is direct access to a courtyard that allows you to have breakfast outside under a pergola of wisteria. A comfortable laundry room with washing machine and drying rack is also part of the house, as well as an additional outdoor shower.
