Accommodation consists of a large studio apartment with full kitchen, sofa bed for 2 persons of the same size as a double bed (160 x 200 cm), the possibility of opening a bed and a cot, alternatively bunk bed, plus a large walk-in closet and a bathroom with chromotherapy shower. possibility of moving between booths and sun bed.
Outside, the garden with swimming pool available to be shared with the family living in the same building (upper floors) consists of two adults and two children aged 10 and 8 years. The context of the area is quiet country-tourism, ideal for country walks, cool climate, a few kilometers from the town center and from places of pleasant hilly, forest, river and sea. For lovers of the owner is a Yoga teacher I level and will offer you a relaxing stay during the sessions of this ancient disciplineFor motorcyclists can admit the bike in the garage or in the yard. For the car no problem parking on the street near the villa.Very peaceful

Het verblijf is goed gelegen om allerlei uitstappen te doen naar de baroksteden en tegelijkertijd niet in het midden van een stad.Het verblijf is goed ingericht met een bijzonder goede douche (badkamer)Wifi was ok; heb al het nodige kunnen doen om mails te beantwoorden e.d.m. Inzake openbaar vervoer kan ik niets zeggen; we waren daar met de eigen wagen. Een belangrijk pluspunt is ook het terras en het nabij gelegen zwembad

Très bon séjour

Nous avons passés, mon mari, mes enfants (2) et moi-même un très bon séjour. les hôtes sont d'une très grande gentillesse et toujours disponibles si besoin (tout en étant très discret). la piscine est très agréable, l'appartement aussi. Lieu qui convient à 2 personnes et à une famille si les enfants sont encore petits car qu'une pièce de vie+couchage. merci pour tout, nous recommandons ce lieu de calme à 100%

The host was very helpful! The studio is well equiped and despite the fact that the host lives in the same villa we had absolutely privacy! Nice garden and swimming pool. Definitely recommend!

Lekker tot rust komen!

Wat een geweldige plek is dit op Sicilië. Wij hebben met ons gezin (twee jonge kids) heerlijk genoten van dit appartement. De locatie is prachtig gelegen in een rustige omgeving met genoeg mogelijkheden voor natuur, strand, cultuur... alles op max 45 minuten rijden. De host is zeer gastvriendelijk en gezellig en wie van yoga houdt zelfs uit de voeten. Omdat het appartement op de onderste verdieping van het huis ligt heb je een leuke interactie (terwijl privacy geheel gewaarborgd wordt) met de host en zijn gezin die op de bovenste verdiepingen woont. Het appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien, goede douche, stapelbed voor kids genoeg opbergruimte, keuken om te koken en natuurlijk het overheerlijke verkoelende zwembad. Klein aandachtspuntje is de wat zachte slaapbank waar wij met ons hardere bed thuis aan moesten wennen. Corrado, nogmaals bedankt en we komen zeker nog een keertje terug! Endroit parfait!

Si vous voulez visiter la région c'est à dire la Sicile baroque, n'hésitez pas à louer chez Corrado. La location est moderne, propre et se baigner dans la piscine dès le réveil est un luxe. Corrado saura vous aider pour trouver ce que vous cherchez et n'hésitez pas à lui demander si vous avez besoin de quelque chose, il trouvera toujours une solution!

Vacances extraordinaires

La description de la location sur le site est vraiment identique à la réalité. Joli studio, propre, bien entretenu, avec le nécessaire pour passer un séjour agréable. Le studio peut accueillir au maximum 4 personnes (nous étions 2 adultes +2 enfants). Les enfants ont pu profiter de la jolie piscine et du jardin. Les propriétaires étaient vraiment très sympathiques.Ils étaient de bon conseil.Toujours serviables tout en étant discrets. Le seul bémol est le matelas du canapé-lit qui n'était pas très confortable.Je pense que c'est parce que nous y avons dormi 15 nuits.Mais c'est un détail car tout le reste était parfait!!! La région de Noto est vraiment très jolies avec de très belles plages à proximité.Beaucoup d'endroits à visiter. Je recommande vivement cette location... Encore un grand merci à Corrado et son épouse !!!!!

accueil chaleureux, notre hôte est venu nous chercher au Centre de Noto malgré notre arrivée très tardive. appartement conforme à la description, idéalement situé pour découvrir le Sud Baroque. propriétaire disponible tout en restant discret. Nous vous recommandons cette adresse. Nous avons beaucoup aimé cette partie de la Sicile et notamment : SYRACUSE ORTIGIA, RAGUSA IBLA , PALAZZOLO , et NOTO.

Un agréable séjour

6601848 Situé à quelque kilomètres de Noto, appartement contemporain très propre dans villa avec piscine à partager avec la famille du propriétaire. L'équipement de la cuisine est un peu juste (pas de micro-onde...) et les douches matinales rarement chaudes. Tout ça n'est pas très gênant vu les températures du mois d'août. La cohabitation avec le propriétaire pour l'accès à la piscine se fait dans le plus grand respect. Dans l'ensemble nous garderons un très bon souvenir de notre séjour et de Corrado et Eleonora qui ont été des hôtes très prévenants.

Je suis désolé pour le micro-ondes , comme spécifié dans le site , était disponible si nécessaire. Nous ne sommes pas bien compris ! La température de l'eau est réglable, il suffisait de dire ; la maison est équipée de panneaux solaires et chaudière à gaz, avec des températures jusqu'à 55 ° C. Je voulais éclaircir ces deux petits inconvénients mis en évidence .Je vous remercie pour le reste de commentaire positif sur notre propriété et nous !! Au revoir !

Super location!

Non seulement, l'appartement est exactement tel qu'annoncé, mais la villa des propriétaires est un havre de paix!A quelques minutes de Noto (ville magnifique!), nous avons pu profiter de la piscine et du jardin à volonté : les propriétaires sont très dispo, sympas, pleins de bons conseils et...Discrets!Du coup, on profite des lieux en toute quiétude. La location est une des plus propres et mieux entretenues qu'on ait vu!Je vous recommande vraiment cette location, qui est très fidèle aux photos du site; elle est en plus, bien placée, géographiquement, et les proprios sont TRES sympas ET parlent anglais tous les deux!!

Come a casa propria

Grazie per la splendida accoglienza. Abbiamo passato giornate bellissime. Casa frasca e molto ben curata in un posto tranquillo ma la tempo stesso a soli 10 minuti dal centro di Noto. Très bon emplacement, très bonne location

Location très bien située sur les hauteurs de Noto, le studio est neuf, très propre, bien équipé. Accès direct à la piscine, jardin et terrasse, dans un environnement calme. Corrado et Eléonora nous ont très bien accueilli, et nous ont conseillé sur les visites et restaurants alentours. Location vivement conseillée pour découvrir cette partie de la Sicile.

SOLUZIONE IDEALE

Abitazione nuova, confortevole, arredata con gusto e dotata di ogni confort, ottima per una famiglia di 4 persone come la nostra ( figli di 16 e 10 anni ). Contesto molto tranquillo e rilassante. Straordinaria cordialità e disponibilità dei padroni di casa, sempre pronti ad esaudire ogni nostra richiesta e a fornire preziose indicazioni circa le altre località della splendida Val di Noto, con due bambini simpatici e rispettosi . "Last but not least" il giardino e la piscina, a cui non bisogna aggiungere niente. Unico neo la distanza dal centro di Noto e dal suo lido, comunque, facilmente raggiungibili in auto ( circa 10-15 min ).

E' ormai Noto...

E' ormai noto che i siciliani sono gente ospitale, ma devo ammettere che mi sono sentito come se fossi in famiglia. Le persone che lo gestiscono sono assolutamente cordiali e socievoli, si sono dimostrati assai disponibili alle nostre necessità garantendo un livello di soggiorno elevato e gradevole. L'alloggio era molto bello e rispecchia il giudizio che mi ero fatto guardando le foto dell'annuncio. Non ho avuto sorprese. Il contesto in cui è inserito è meraviglioso e tutela la tranquillità di chi vuol passare una vacanza all'insegna del completo relax. La piscina non ha bisogno di commenti, parla da sola. Esperienza da ripetere sicuramente anche in compagnia.

Alloggio di nuova costruz...

Alloggio di nuova costruzione e, pur nella sua compattezza, dotato di tutte le comodità necessarie. Comodo l'utilizzo della piscina a due passi dall'entrata e con prato circostante. Ottima base per giornate di sole al lido di Noto o escursioni nella Val di Noto, capitale del barocco siciliano.
