Renowned bathing area in the Syracuse area. Villa with large garden. Four bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower, living room and kitchen with washing machine. About 350 meters from the beach or the cliff, the area is quite well served.
The villa is surrounded by a garden of figs and mulberry trees, a large porch with a table, chairs and a wood-burning oven. Outdoor spaces furnished with garden furniture, barbecue and outdoor shower.
Near the centers of Val di Noto, the Natural Reserve of Vendicari, the Natural Reserve of Cavagrande, the necropolis of Pantalica, the Etna Park, but also extraordinary cities such as Syracuse, Noto, Marzamemi, Portopalo di Capopassero, Ragusa Ibla, Modica, Scicli etc.

Nice apartment close to the beautiful beach.

Well-kept apartment and garden. Nice and helpful hosts. Place close to the lovely beach. A good point to visit Syracuse, Noto or Modica.

Alles war perfekt, mit einem wunderbaren Empfang, einem geschmackvoll eingerichteten und sehr praktischen Zuhause, Der Besitzer Salvatore ist sehr nett und immer verfügbar, aber gleichzeitig sehr diskret, für eine große Familie mit kindern ist es das perfekte zuhause für Badeurlaub in fußläufiger nähe. Die Qualität der Handtücher und der Bettwäsche ist ebenfalls hervorragend. Darüber hinaus ist das Haus auch voll klimatisiert, und schließlich ist die Gegend von Avola auch ein schöner Ort zu besuchen. Nochmals vielen Dank an Salvatore, der uns wie seiner Familie behandelt hat. Tutto é stato perfetto, da una accoglienza meravigliosa, una casa arredata con gusto e allo stesso tempo molto pratica, il proprietario Salvatore é gentilissimo e sempre disponibile, ma allo stesso tempo molto discreto, per una grande famiglia con bambini é la casa perfetta per le vacanze al mare raggiungibile comodamente a piedi. Ottima anche la qualitá degli asciugamani e delle lenzuola da poter usare,in piu la casa é anche completamente climatizzata,e per finire la zona di avola é anche un bel posto da girare e visitare in lungo e largo. Grazie ancora a Salvatore per averci trattato come persone della sua famiglia.
