We are pleased to welcome you to our lovely villa apartment located 5 minutes from the Valley of the Temples.
You will stay in a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere.
From the moment you arrive you will be enveloped in a pleasant welcome sensation where you will find yourself at home even if for a limited period.

Agrigento Neighborhood

Location outside busy Agrigento was nice and close to Valley of the Temples. Host was very accommodating and gave us great recommendations for eating and things to do. Apartment was very clean and comfortable.

Mixed experience

Positive: very friendly host, nice bathroom (shower would need a kind of separation); nice bed and comfortable mattress. Less positive: residential area seems unfinished in the middle of nowhere, right opposite of is a school (not mentioned in the description), so the night ends at 7.45 am. A lot of dogs are barking throughout day an evening, sometimes as well in the night. Kitchen is compared to other places poorly, no room to prepare food. Refrigerator stands outside in some kind of court. The kitchen is placed in the bed room (or beds are situated in the kitchen). The double bed stands in the living room. No privacy in this flat if there are 4 people. Photo of the staircase in the Description is misleading because there is no upper floor belonging to the flat. belonging to the oft bellen

Dato che siete stati molto attenti ad elencare tutte queste cose negative, potevate anche state attenti a differenziare la spazzatura perché siamo stati noi a differenziarla mettendo le mani dentro. L'appartamento è grande 85 metri open space (come si vede dalle foto) con un giardino e una veranda. Il frigo abbiamo preferito metterlo in veranda perché la notte poteva dare fastidio il rumore, comunque dentro c'è anche un minifrigo non rumoroso. L'angolo cottura è piccolo ma è attrezzato di tutto il necessario per cucinare ed è ubicato in una parte dove ci sono 2 letti (non potevamo fare diversamente dato che l'appartamento è tutto open space). La scala che si vede porta al piano superiore dove ci sono altre camere prenotabili, quindi non potete pretendere di avere accesso al piano superiore. Avete forse visto nella vostra prenotazione anche le camere superiori? Le 2 camere sono separate da una grande tenda (come si vede nelle foto) ed è molto adatta ad una famiglia con bambini. Certo è che se alcune persone non vogliono una quadrupla non prenotano la mia casa. Voi eravate solo 2 persone. Vicino la nostra casa c'è una scuola e quando il tempo è bello il professore li porta fuori a giocare. Molti nostri ospiti gradiscono questo è passano un po di tempo a guardare. Purtroppo se voi volevate dormire fino a tarda mattinata in perfetto silenzio e cucinare pranzi sofisticati, questo non è stato possibile e mi dispiace. Vi ringrazio per aver detto che sono un bravo host perché ho perso 35 minuti con voi per darvi info sulle cose da visitare ad Agrigento e aver indicato i migliori ristoranti e tanto altro.

Logement bien situé à proximité de la vallée des Temples

Nous avons passé un bon séjour, le logement est propre, literie confortable. Nous avons été bien accueillis par Eduardo qui nous a conseillé une bonne pizzeria à proximité. Le quartier est résidentiel et pratique pour se garer et accéder à Agrigente et à la vallée des temples. L absence de vraie cuisine nous a finalement un peu dérangé avec les enfants. Et nous avons été dérangés par un chien qui a aboyé une partie de la nuit. Le rapport qualité-prix reste très intéressant. Merci Eduardo!
