The apartment in Empuriabrava has 2 bedrooms and accommodates up to 6 people. A charming and modern 70 m² accommodation located on the beachfront with sea views, ideal for enjoying a relaxing holiday on the Costa Brava.



There are four pools in the complex NOT INCLUDED IN THE RESERVATION PRICE. ALL REQUIRE EXTRA PAYMENT. Prices available at the building’s concierge. Communal pool (opening date 15/6, closing date 15/9).



It is located 50 m from the sandy beach of Empuriabrava, 400 m from the supermarket, 16 km from Peralada Golf Course, 20 km from the AVE/TGV high-speed train station in Figueres and 65 km from Girona Airport. Set in an area ideal for families and next to the sea.



The accommodation includes a lift, garden furniture, terrace, iron, internet access (wifi), heat pump heating, air conditioning in the living room and in some bedrooms, communal pool, satellite TV (languages: Spanish, German and French) and the possibility of covered parking in a nearby building.



The open-plan kitchen with ceramic hob is equipped with a fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes, cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle.



Arrival time may vary depending on the season; please contact the agency to confirm the exact check-in time.

Tourist tax and optional extras are not included in the price.

The applicable tourist tax will be charged upon arrival.

Die Unterkunft und der Ort sind sehr gepflegt. Bars und Restaurants sind fußläufig bequem zu erreichen. Parkplätze sind ausreichend vorhanden.

Der Service von Apart-Rent ist wie in einem Hotel. Problemlos, unkompliziert und sehr sympathisch. Auch der Check in außerhalb der Geschäftszeiten ist möglich. Die Qualität der Matratzen sind leider keine gute Wahl, egal in welchem Apartment wir bisher übernachtet hatten.
