It offers garden furniture, terrace, iron, internet access (wifi), air conditioning in the living room only, communal pool, covered parking in the same building, TV with satellite channels (languages: Spanish, German, French).



The open-plan kitchen, with ceramic hob, is equipped with fridge, microwave, freezer, washing machine, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, and toaster.

Appartement confortable et idéalement situé

L’appartement était très bien, propre et bien équipé. Sa situation géographique était parfaite, proche du centre et des commodités. L’agence de location a également été très professionnelle, disponible et réactive, ce qui a rendu notre séjour très agréable. Rien de particulier, tout s’est déroulé dans de très bonnes conditions. Peut-être ajouter quelques informations pratiques dans l’appartement (plans de la ville, recommandations de restaurants ou activités) pour faciliter l’installation des locataires.

Die Zimmer haben eine gute Aufteilung, das Bad ist ok, Badewanne von Vorteil, wenn man mit Kindern reist. Die Lage ist spitze, man ist schnell am Meer, hat direkt Läden und Restaurants in der Nähe… Eine Spülmaschine wäre im Urlaub super… ein Parkplatz zur Wohnung wäre auch klasse…
