Beautiful appartment,in an 18th c. building restored in the semi-pedestrian zone of the Panier, historical center of Marseilles, just near the Vieux Port.
Lounge and kitchen with view of the Basilica Notre Dame de la Garde
The lounge is comfortable, bright, spacious (40m2) and very cosy
The kitchen is fully equipped : classic-microwave, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, oven and electric hob, Nespresso, italian & classic coffee maker, sa toaster and electric kettle, and of course everything needed for cooking.
Washer-dryer
The arched bedroom is comfortable, with a large double bed (180x90cm).
The bathroom with shower is provided with a wall dryer for towels

Very nicely restored two level apartment in old town

Very nice property in the old town close to the old port with lots of areas to walk. Great shower with a drain that works like it’s supposed to.

Perfect for a stay in Marseille.

A lovely well equipped apartment in a quiet street in Le Panier - the historic centre of Marseille - and only five or six minutes walk from the old port. The hosts, Janet and Benoit, were responsive and made us feel very welcome. We would love to stay here again if we return to Marseille.

Wonderful accommodation at the old harbour

We spent a week in this charming unexciting flat in the Le Panier neighbourhood a few steps from the Old Port and felt very comfortable. There is a view of Notre Dame de la Garde from the dining table. At the Old Port you can buy fresh fish in the morning. Bakers, cheese and greengrocers are within walking distance. The rooms are spacious and the kitchen well equipped. Benoît and Janet were very friendly and helpful. There is an underground car park nearby. We would come again immediately.

Ruhige und zentral gelegene Unterkunft

Ideale Lage im Zentrum von Marseille. Vieles ist zu Fuß erreichbar, Bus, Schiff und Metro in unmittelbarer Nähe. Mit den Öffentlichen sind wir auch zur Calanque de Callelongue gefahren und in die andere Richtung zu einer Wanderung an der Cote bleue. Die Wohnung war sauber und gemütlich, alles nötige ist vorhanden. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hat uns mit guten Tipps versorgt.

Geschmackvolle Wohnung im Panier

Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber - sehr ruhige und zentrale Lage. Schlaf und Wohnraum durch eine Treppe getrennt. Altes, toll restauriertes Haus in der Altstadt mit Blick auf das Wahrzeichen. Ideal zum Erkunden der Altstadt rund um den alten Hafen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Nous avons reçu un charmant accueil de la part de Janet et Benoit. L'appartement est très plaisant, avec une fenêtre donnant directement sur Notre Dame de la Garde. Les murs épais garantissent de la chaleur. Il possède tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin. Il est très bien situé au coeur du Panier, quartier très pittoresque, non loin du Vieux Port et des hauts lieux touristiques. Nous le recommandons vivement.

Great Time in Marseille

We stayed almost 2 weeks at the apartment of Benoít and Janet.We just loved it.The apartment is great. It is big, very clean and you find there everything you need. Benoít and Janet are very friendly and helpful. The apartment is located at Panier and the way to the Vieux Port is short. If you visit Marseille this apartment is a very good choice. If we visit Marseille some day again we would stay there again for sure. Thank you for the great stay in Marseille

Wunderschöne Altstadtwohnung

Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, die Beschreibung mit den Fotos stimmig. Sehr zentral gelegen, mitten im schönen Panier. Bei Anreise mit dem PKW kann man im Parkhaus Q Vieux port/Hotel de Ville parken und vorab online reservieren.

Perfect stay in Marseille!

We spent a weekend in Marseille, and we're very warmly welcomed and hosted by Benoît and his spouse. Because of the restrictions due to covid measures we were delighted to profit of this very spacious and comfortable house, in the perfect neighborhood to find the best of Marseille right at our doorstep! Definitely would come back when visiting Marseille again, and recommended to anyone who seeks a comfortable house with view of the Basilique!

Très bel et agréable appartement idéalement situé !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Marseille dans l'appartement de Benoît et Janet. Situé au coeur de la ville (dans le panier, à 5 min à pied du vieux port), celui-ci est très agréable : pièce à vivre avec belle hauteur sous plafond, très clair, fonctionnel, propre et frais. Il a été joliment rénové au sein d'un immeuble ancien. Janet et Benoît se sont montrés très disponibles pour toutes nos questions. Nous le recommandons vivement !
