I would be delighted to welcome you in my house of 120m2 typically Bordeaux (stone shop) recently renovated with 3 double rooms with garden.
10 minutes from downtown Bordeaux, line 4 bus outside the house
Tram line B access to 15 minutes.
I also have a very independent cat "Piou Piou" that should be fed and cuddled if affinity!
The house has a garden and terrace

Altbau-Flair mit moderner Kunst und ruhigem Garten

Schönes Haus mit ruhigem Garten ohne fremden Einblick. Gemütliche Sitzecke im Wohnzimmer, div. Sitzmöglichkeiten drinnen und draußen, Küche mit allem, was man braucht. Schmusebedürftiger, stubenreiner Kater gehört zum Haus, Fütterung war 1x täglich durch uns (Nahrung wurde gestellt). Gute Bus-Anbindung an Innenstadt Bordeaux (max. 15 min) und Zug nach Arcachon. Supermarkt nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß. Vermieterin sehr nett und hilfreich. Für eine Familie eine sehr guter Tip, wenn man wie wir lieber für sich und mit Platz wohnt als eng und im Trubel.

Merci à Catherine pour son accueil et ses bons plans. Malgré les fortes chaleur de la première semaine nous avons pu profiter des environs et de la maison climatisée. Pour le stationnement, il n'était pas payant dans la rue du 14 juillet au 15 août, mais en-dehors de cette période la zone est bleue. 1 ou 2 transats de plus auraient été top 😉

C'est une maison très bien équipée en électroménager, confortable et très jolie dans une rue calme mais proche de tous commerces et des arrêts de bus. Salle de bain au top ! Nous avons été très bien accueillis malgrés une avance de 2 h. Le salon est spacieux et chaleureux.
