Recently built house a step away from the Gorbeia Natural Park, half an hour from Bilbao, Vitoria the beaches of the Biscay coast, from the Urdaibai Biosphere Reserve. 1 hour from San Sebastian and Pamplona. It has heating, fireplace, outdoor terrace and 1 hectare of land in perfect condition. 3 independent rooms and a fourth common room equipped to sleep in addition to a spacious living room, kitchen equipped with all kinds of appliances and mini-appliances, 3 bathrooms and pantry. Internet connection via WiFi included.

Beautiful property with countryside views

Beautiful house set in lovely gardens with stunning views of the hills and village below. The house was spotlessly clean with all the facilities we needed to make our stay so comfortable. 35 minute drive to Bilbao and just over an hour to San Sebastián and easy access to vineyards in the Rioja region. Mikel is a wonderful host giving us clear directions and getting us back in quickly when we managed to lock ourselves out.We hope to stay here again.

One of the most comfortable places we've ever stayed!

A beautiful traditional Basque house in lovely gardens and with spectacular views across the valley. The house was well and thoughtfully equipped and very comfortable. It was in the countryside without being remote, peaceful yet only 10 minutes from the nearest village. We loved watching the views across the valley and exploring nearby countryside, and were delighted to discover a top-class restaurant only 10 minutes walk up the hill! We were able to visit the lovely coast, Guernika, Vittoria, Bilbao and the Rioja area very easily from the accommodation as well as more local outings seeing the beautiful wild flowers and birds round about. Well recommended.

Nous étions 5 adultes et 3 enfants dans cette maison très spacieuse. Le beau temps nous a permis de faire tous nos repas à l’extérieur avec une vue sur la vallée.Nous avons appréciés les chambres spacieuses, maison bien entretenue, produits de nécessité et toilettes dans la maison dans les 3 salles de bainJeux d’intérieur pour enfants. Gracias por esta fantástica experiencia. Tanto Mikel como Irati (quienes gestionan la propiedad) nos han puesto las cosas facilísimas, la reserva, las dudas que teníamos, la llegada ... Han estado super pendientes de nosotros, poniendo atención hasta el último detalle y haciéndonos buenísimas recomendaciones por la zona. Nos ha encantado la casa, es tal como sale en las fotos (Incluso mejor, el paisaje y las vistas no se pueden resumir en una foto). Para ir y disfrutar, y desconectar!! Todo limpísimo y muy cuidado. Casa en el Valle de Arrate

Preciosa casa, perfectamente equipada. El salón tiene una ventana cristalera con vistas al valle que hace que el tiempo no corra. Las habitaciones son muy amplias y también con magníficas vistas. Patxo encantador. No dudamos en recomendarla a todos aquellos que quieran disfrutar de la naturaleza y luego descansar en esta maravillosa casa.

Un sitio para pasar unos días tranquilo y disfrutando de la naturaleza. La casa está equipada con todo lo necesario para estar cómodo y encontrarse a gusto. Beautiful and comfortable

This place is really amazing. It is rural and the mountain road to the house can get interesting when there is two way traffic, but the views and the comfort are more than worth it. The owners are very nice and helpful and the home is beautiful and well appointed. We loved walking the trails and just watching the views to the valley from the main room. If you love mountains, good food, and small town culture, this is the perfect home base. We highly recommend this property.. it is one of our families all time favorite rentals.

Estuvimos 6 personas, aunque caben perfectamente 8 o 9. La casa es preciosa y muy bien cuidada. Tienes todo lo que puedas necesitar, incluso una barbacoa. Pero lo mejor de todo es el lugar y las vistas desde el porche. Los desayunos mirando al valle serán inolvidables. Patxo, el propietario, nos atendió muy bien y nos díó muchas indicaciones para disfrutar del lugar. Totalmente recomendable. Yo estoy deseando volver

Very well presented and comfortable house in an inspirational surrounding.

The house is in beautiful condition, clean and is clearly lovingly taken care of by Mikel. Mikel's father Patxo and friend Andere met us on arrival, being kind enough to wait an extra hour as we were delayed on the road. They gave us a thourough run through of the property which enabled us to take full advantage of all the neat comforts the house has, as well as providing some very good recommendations for exploring the Basque mountains and surrounding areas. Overall a very good host and excellent property - the view is simply breathtaking. We would not hesitate to return in the future.
