Beyond all expectations

Wonderful location with a great view of the ocean. There were no crowds and the pier allows you to walk into the ocean as if you are in a 4 foot swimming pool. No waves or rocks to deal with. Highly recommended.

Lovely week in peaceful paradise and nice apartment

The apartment was as described and like in pictures, and very clean. Both beach and bath towels were provided. As a family of 4 people, two bedrooms and bathrooms were necessary, and for us beds were large enough. Water pressure in the showers was a bit low. Air con worked well. Kitchen was small (but not surprise and as pictures) - we managed to cook some simple pasta meals easily. To improve, there could be coffee machine and toaster, and some pots and pans more. The only restaurant open was a buffet restaurant near/ on the beach side, which we did not find very good. Mexican was open in the weekend only. Mini-market provides only water and beveriges (plus some snacks), so you need to go to supermarket. Best is Jumbo at La Romana. Everything was ok, but just to note, that you need to check in the reception for apartments before going to the apartment. You provide your passport details info there and receive a cadaques caribe wristband. We enjoyed our week, the resort, sea and views were great, and snorkeling in the front of the resort offered nice range of different fish; rays etc. If you are looking for relaxing and a bit private vacation, this could suit you well. We recommend also Saona trip - we participated one by Quetzal, and it was unforgettable. Comms with Sebastian was quick and easy!

Nice quiet resort condo with an amazing view

We stayed 9 nights with our 16 and 17 year old sons. The beds were comfortable and the AC worked well. The kitchenette was functional but crowded. The view from the balcony was amazing...a perfect spot to chill a read a book or listed to music. We would go back in a heartbeat.

Bel appartement très bien placé avec un balcon en vue directe de la plage et de la mer

Le site de Cadaques est une sorte de très joli village fleuri autour d'une grande piscine. Tout est très propre et bien entretenu. La plage n'est pas très grande mais la mer y est calme. Un ponton qui s'avance dans la mer permet d'avoir de belles vues sur toute la côte et de plonger directement dans la mer. Le restaurant est convenable et fait de bonnes pizzas. Mais il faut aussi aller manger dans les restaurants de Bayahibe, village touristique certes mais qui a gardé un certain charme et est à 10 mn en voiture de Cadaques.

Great Stay at a Quiet Resort

We absolutely loved the Cadeques resort and staying in this beautiful condo by the sea. There was plenty of room for four adults in the 2 bedroom/2 bath unit. The patio is on the smaller side, but could accommodate all of us and had the bonus of great view overlooking the ocean. The resort was very very quiet, we never had trouble finding chairs or loungers on the beach/pier. The main restaurant by the pool was sufficient for drinks and snacks, but is not gourmet. The small Italian restaurant by the store, while not always open, was better. Your best bet is to go into Bayahibe (< 10 min) for restaurants or pick up some food at Jumbo (La Romana) and cook in. We rented a car in Punta Cana and had no problems driving to the resort or around the Bayhibe/La Romana area ~ the highway is great. All arrangements went smoothly with Sebastian. Check-in was no problem and our deposit was returned quickly after departure.
