About this property

Beautiful villa surrounded by the greenery of its private pine forest (about 110 pine trees), ideal for enjoying your island holiday in total relaxation. The villa is spread over two floors; downstairs the sleeping area with two bathrooms and three double bedrooms, the largest of which (about 40 sq m) has a sofa bed in addition to the double bed; in the front terrace, covered and in front of the pine forest, there is an outdoor kitchen also equipped with a wood oven. On the upper floor there is the kitchen-living-dining room area (about 50 sq m) surrounded by two large solarium terraces (about 50 sq m), equipped with an additional sofa bed. The private pine forest has a professional two-burner barbeque area, refreshment terraces for outdoor lunches and aperitifs, hammocks area.
Bath towels and essentials are provided, sheets and welcome service. The villa is only 5 minutes walk (550 m) from the most popular beach on the island (Lido Burrone) and 10 minutes (about 1 km) from the town.
