Set between river and forest, this house of character will enable you to enjoy the peaceful and privileged region. Spacious and comfortable, the gîte can accommodate up to 15 people (17 in combination with the adjoining gîte "La Clairière"). It combines modern comforts with respect for the past. The owner has given a voice to the stonework, soft light to the floors and a space that reflects his family history.
Everything has been thought of to ensure you have an unforgettable stay.

Why they chose this property

We are very attached to this family house and the marvellous village of Lesse. We wanted to transform the house into a comfortable abode, retaining its charm and character all the while.
And so La Grange de Lesse began its new life.

What makes this property unique

From its source in Ochamps, all the way to Resteigne, the Lesse traverses the wonderful region of Haute-Lesse. After 13 km in the midst of nature, the lazy river meets the first village which has taken its name: Lesse.

A true paradise for hikers, fishers, or mountain bikers, Haute-Lesse offers exceptional landscapes, sometimes with steep slopes, and others gentler. The forest and wild, real nature are everywhere.

The villages, with their traditional architecture from the 18th and 19th centuries, have maintained the rustic charm of the old Ardenne.

Close to major tourist sites, the region enjoys a bounty of curiosities in its understated, simple, and true surroundings. An old mill, old bridges, historical sites and picturesque hamlets appear along the bends of the Lesse.
