7th floor: 2 bedroom 2 bath oceanfront condo at Station One. Station One is located in the heart of downtown Wrightsville Beach and has community pool, tennis, and basketball courts. This complex has everything you need for a perfect family vacation.

Enjoy dolphin watching from your private covered balcony. There is a king bed in the master bedroom, as well as a full private bathroom and access to an ocean front balcony. There is a guest bedroom with a king bed as well, and there is a full bathroom in the hall. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room for all your additional family members! You will never tire of the incredible beach and ocean views. Walk the loop or sit under the gazebo at the pubic boat dock, there really is something for everyone. At the end of the day relax in this comfortably furnished property and fall asleep to the sound of the surf.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Good experience and a nice unit but it lacked VERY basic household items you would not thing of bringing such as napkins, paper towels, surface cleaner, dishwasher liquid, garbage bags, etc. I understand the management firm is only required to provide certain items so my review is for the owner's notes. Both bath tubs backed up probably due to sand build up in pipes. Otherwise, we would come back if price reflected the differences in quality between units. (Been to 4 different ones so far)

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE Rental
Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rented a beautiful, clean and updated unit. Original unit had an electrical fire so we were placed in another unit that was dirty, outdated and just in gross and deplorable condition. Expected a full refund but only received a partial. Have been renting through Intracoastal for 19 years, will not anymore. Wrote to CEO and received a 'brush off' reply email back. My family, friends and business associates that I have recommended to use Intracoastal in the past will now look elsewhere additionally. There are other ways to rent which I will fully explore- Bryant Realty, VRBO, HomeAway, AirBNB etc.
