c'était parfait!
Nous revenons d'une semaine à San Carles. L'appartement est très confortable, très propre, moderne et très bien équipé. Tout se fait à pied (plage, centre ville). La terrasse est grande et très appréciable.
Surtout, le contact avec Mercè est très facile et très agréable. Merci beaucoup pour votre disponibilité et votre simplicité, c'est vraiment agréable lorsque l'on est en vacances.
Si nous revenons à San Carles l'année prochaine (pour une 4ème fois), nous reprendrons cet appartement sans hésiter.

nous avons séjourné 3 semaines dans cet appartement très bien équipé, tout le nécessaire est voire plus est à notre disposition pour passer des vacances sereines .
Cuisine neuve et très bien équipée, il ne manque rien
L' accueil de la propriétaire est plus que parfait, eau fraiche dans le frigo, café pour un accueil sympa.
L appartement est très bien situé en centre ville à 2 pas de la plage, des commerces et des restaurants, cabinet médical à 50 mètres
c'est notre deuxième séjour dans cette appartement et nous pensons y revenir une troisième fois

Excellente location de vacances
Nous avons séjourné 2 semaines dans cet appartement tres tres bien équipé et tres propre. Tout est fait pour que les vacanciers se sentent comme chez eux. La cuisine neuve est magnifique et on y trouve tout ce dont on a besoin et même plus.
L accueil de la propriétaire est parfait
L appartement est tres bien situé en centre ville , commerce et restaurant à côté.
Bref une location que nous recommandons et dans laquelle on se sent bien.

Apartamento excelente:
*muy bien ubicado cerca de la playa y de supermercados y a un paseo del puerto y de un montón de restaurantes.
*muy bien equipado, la cocina tiene de todo (cafetera, tostadora, exprimelimones...) incluso hay bolsas de basura, jabón para fregar, pastillas para el lavaplatos, jabón para la lavadora, café...
*las habitaciones muy bien con muchos armarios y cajones.
*el baño y el aseo también muy bien, con mucho espacio para las cosas y con jabón de manos y papel higiénico.
La propietaria majísima, nos explico un montón de cosas para poder hacer y nos recomendó restaurantes para comer o cenar.
Estuvimos como en casa y disfrutamos mucho de las vacaciones.

Hemos pasado cuatro días en Sant Carles de la Rápita y nuestra estancia en este acogedor piso ha sido estupenda. El piso responde a la perfección a la descripción que aparece en esta página web, es más, está perfectamente equipado y amueblado, con muy buen gusto, por cierto. Por otro lado, Mercé, la propietaria, te ofrece todas las facilidades del mundo para que estés a gusto y no te falte de nada.

Formidable !!!
Tout d'abord un grand merci aux propriétaires pour leur accueil, leur confiance et leurs conseils.
Concernant l'appartement, totalement conforme à la description mais avec en plus une décoration raffinée et des équipements qui vous font vous sentir comme chez des amis.
Silencieux, confortable, Belle terrasse ensoleillée et bien isolée, à 2 minutes de la rue commerçante, à 2 pas de la plage, du port de plaisance, des restaurants quoi dire de plus que c'est à louer sans l'ombre d'une hésitation.
Sant Carles est un village de pêcheurs où il fait bon vivre, sans tension urbaine ou violence. Idéal pour un séjour en famille.
Encore merci à Mercè et nous reviendrons très vite.

SEJOUR DU 16 AU 30 AOÛT 2014
Après une météo peu réjouissante au tout début, nous avons retrouvé l' ESPAGNE et son soleil en continu, dans cette magnifique station balnéaire familiale et moderne.
Appartement "formidable" pour 6 personnes, propre et très bien entretenu, spacieux, complet en équipements (+ deux groupes climatiseurs), meublé avec goût comme pour un logement à l'année, situé plein centre, entouré de nombreux parkings (dont places pour handicapés pour locataires concernés) et commerces peu chers. Parfaitement conforme au descriptif de l'annonce. Plage surveillée à 100 mètres avec animations. Nombreux restaurants abordables. Possibilités de différentes balades à vélo très faciles dans le Delta de l'Ebre où sur pistes cyclables sécurisées en bord de plage.
Propriétaires, dont Mercé, chaleureux et disponibles dès le premier contact internet. L'ensemble de la prestation mérite la note maximale de CINQ et un grand merci pour ce séjour au prix très correct. A recommander à 100 %.

notre 2ème séjour au mois d'aout 2014
Cela fait maintenant 2 ans que nous passons nos vacances à Sant Carles de la Rapita chez Mercé et nous sommes extrêmement satisfaits.
La propriétaire est vraiment très gentille, l'accueil sans faute et l'appartement dispose de toutes les commodités. Il est spatieux, propre, meublé avec goût : en un mot "super" ! On s'y sent "chez nous", ce qui est rare d'habitude avec les locations estivales...
Il est bien situé, la plage est à 5 mn à pied, les commerces sont proches et le centre-ville aisément accessible à pied.
Nous y passons de bien agréables vacances, la preuve on y retourne ! :)

Beau logement,très agréable,très complet et au calme, de plus sa situation est idéale proche du centre et à 5mn de la plage.
Un petit mot aussi pour remercier les propriétaires bien sympathiques,accueillants et attentifs au bien être des locataires.

Très bon logement confort...
Très bon logement confortable, bien situé proche de la plage, 5 minutes à pied.
Idéal pour famille de 4 ou 6 personnes.
Je recommande cet appartement car il est situé dans une ville et une région ou l'on peut faire beaucoup d'activités touristiques.
Le sport, la culture et la détente sont garantis
Proche de Valence et Barcelone ( 1h30 )en voiture.
Les propriétaires sont très gentils et ils ont tout fait pour rendre notre séjour le plus agréable possible.
Nous avons passés 10 jours excellent.
