Perfect Family Vacation Stay

Great location directly across the street from the beach. Just a short walk to restaurants, wineries, and shops. Perfect size for our family. Rich was great to work with and fast to respond to messages and questions. Would definitely stay here again.

The appartment is MUCH more spacious than the pics show. Clean, very well-stocked, and you can't get closer to the ocean in Flagler Beach. Perfect place to chill--highly recommend. Rich was an exemplary host: attentive, helpful, and accomodating. Thanks Rich!

Location, location, location

Wow, this location! Check in process was easy. This place is a lot bigger than it looks. Literally right across from the beach. Huge tub, comfy beds, and having a washer and dryer in the unit was a major bonus. Property owner was very responsive and answered every question I asked. The outdoor shower was the best thing ever! Will be staying here again ASAP!

Excellent location!

We really enjoyed our stay here! It is in a fantastic location, literally steps from the beach and walking distance to many restaurants, ice cream, boardwalk and shops! The beach is clean, dog friendly and not very busy. The property has plenty of space inside, kitchen essentials, and comfortable beach chairs and umbrella. The temperature runs pretty warm at night, but Rich will adjust the thermostat quickly upon request. We would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a quiet and safe place in Flagler! Thank you for offering a great, affordable, beach front option!

Olivia's Birthday

We chose this beach house for our daughter Olivia's birthday and our family vacation this year and we are very glad that we did. Very peaceful and relaxing beach house. It was right across from the beach so we could go and come to avoid crowds at different times of the day. Owners were very pleasant. Planning on returning next year.I Didn't want to leave ☺

A Review

Location was as far out of town as possible & across from the water. That was great. Apartment was sufficient in it's contents but a bit worn. Yard was in great need of a cleanup but had been stormy prior to arrival. Fit our needs & excellent communication with owner. Allowed us later checkout as flight was in the evening.

Great place at Flagler Beach

Great place with open floor plan. Perfect for family of 4 or 5/6 if smaller children. We had our two 16 year old sons and had plenty of room. Kitchen user friendly, one bathroom spacious and outdoor shower. Directly across from great beach entrance and a wide variety of quality restaurants in walking distance for all ages. Pretty quiet and not a lot of child/teen activities that we saw. Beach is great and area was awesome. Dock and shore fishing a bonus. We loved it!!

This worked out really well for my parents. They were visiting from Europe and we live right around the corner. They preferred their own place and it was only a 2 min walk from our house. They loved the layout and it was nice and quiet across from our beach. Richard was super helpful and communicated well. They had no issues during their stay, it was perfect for what we needed.

Simple and Convenient

We really enjoyed our stay here, just outside of the busy part of town. Right across the street from the beach with a nice beach access. Within walking distance to shops and restaurant's. We really enjoyed the washer and dryer, it was a huge help for our family of 4. The outdoor shower was great, and being able to use the provided beach supplies was wonderful, not having to pack as much. Host was very attentive and kept in communication with us. My ONLY issue was the Cleaning fee, I felt it was priced a little on the high side. Will be looking to stay here again in the future.

Enjoyed the stay so much the first time we came back

Just returned home from our second vacation here. Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay again. Once again, the location is perfect for us and the accommodations are just what we are looking for. It is in a nice neighborhood, within walking distance to everything Flagler Beach offers. We had a very minor electrical issue (a plug in the bathroom quit working). We let the owner know and it was fixed properly in less than 24 hours. I wasn't expecting that kind of response, but definitely appreciate it. We hope to make a return trip again next year.

Accommodations were very poor for the money we paid. Beds were couches. Not even on queen size bed.

This property needs upgrading big time. A shorter person could not even ge5 into the shower. Everything was outdated. It was so bad we had to leave early but did not get any refunds.

The house was very nice. The only thing I might ask if we stay there again is to have a surge protector plugged in to the bedroom wall by bed. I use a CPAP machine and I barely had enough plugs for that. I would like to have my phone plugged in close to me instead of way across the room. Everything else was fantastic! Thanks for letting us stay at your VRBO!
