The apartment, is situated in Mestre in a central yet in a tranquil setting. It consists of three large spacious bedrooms (two double and one single) and a bright living area.
Is in an ideal location for visiting Venice, It is just a short walk from a public bus stop and the trip is 10/15 minutes to get to the town center. The races have a very high frequency (every 10 min.).
All services are accessible by foot; You can easily dispose of banks, post office, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies and any other store.
It's also easy to reach whether you arrive by plane, train or car. In this case there is also a private car park to house the car during their stay.

Très beau séjour

Nous avons passé un super séjour avec nos 3 enfants de 7, 11 et 13 ans. L'appartement était tres propre, tres bien aménagé. La proximité du bus pour aller à Venise est vraiment appréciable. L'accueil par Barbara était très agréable. Tout s'est tres bien passé et la communication avec nos hôtes etait tres facile. Bref, n'hésitez pas ! Merci encore Les conseios

Great place in ideal location

We've returned from Venice staying at Diana's and Lucio's apartment. Everything is excacly as described. Apartment was spotless and has all facilities needed for the stay. Location is perfect, quiet yet close to shops, cafes and Venezia. Would recommend.

Wonderful vacation

The apartment was very lovely and extremely clean, with an ideal location. The owners were very kind and provided us with a lot of useful information to make our stay easier. Their help really made a difference, and we had a wonderful time thanks to them.

Appartement sympathique et très bien situé

L'appartement est agréable, les pièces bien distribuées, et la déco simple et chaleureuse. Nous étions un groupe d'amis pour la Vogalonga, nous devions nous déplacer à la fois à Mestre et à Venise, et l'appartement est très bien situé pour les transports. En plus, nous apprécions les restaurants pittoresques et savoureux, et il y en deux à proximité : le Vite Rossa, et un marocain délicieux, le Casablanca ! Et l'accueil du propriétaire, vraiment parfait !

Magnifique séjour

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour dans l'appartement de Lucio et Diana. Tout était impécable. Le logement est très propre, très bien équipé. Il se situe dans une résidence très calme juste à quelques minutes de l'arrêt de bus vers Venise ainsi que des supermarchés. Lucio et Diana sont très attentionnés et disponibles, en plus ils nous ont recommandé un super restaurant à coté la maison. Merci pour tout ! Si nous avons l'occasion nous reviendrons surement!

Impeccable

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. L’appartement est très bien positionné pour visiter Venise et les environs avec le bus et autres commodités à moins de 5 min à pieds. Il est en tout point conforme aux photos et à l’annonce, et extrêmement propre. Les propriétaires ont répondu très rapidement à toutes nos questions et demandes. Tout était parfait ☺️

Appartement parfait pour un séjour très agréable

Nous avons séjourné à 4 dans l'appartement durant 4 jours. La ville de Mestre se situe à 20 min en bus de Venise.(ligne directe) L'appartement se situe à 5 min à pied de l'arrêt de bus et du supermarché, ce qui est très pratique. L'appartement est grand et il était particulièrement propre lors de notre arrivée. Nous avons été accueillis par Lucio qui est très gentil et avec qui nous avons pu communiquer facilement avant et pendant notre séjour. Le fait de pouvoir garer notre véhicule dans la petite cour est un plus. Le quartier et l'immeuble sont calmes. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. Nous vous recommandons vivement cette location. N'hésitez pas. Merci Lucio !

Très satisfait

Logement très propre et très bon accueil des propriétaires. Assez spacieux, confortable et bien équipé pour une famille de 5 (avoir un lave-vaisselle aurait cependant été appréciable). Idéalement situé pour aller visiter Venise (à 5min de l'arrêt de bus) et faire ses courses. Bref, excellente adresse que je recommande.

Karneval in Venedig

Die Unterkunft ist ideal gelegen, um zum Karneval zu gelangen. Bus und Bahn fußläufig erreichbar. Vermieter sehr nett. Hat alles super funktioniert! Apartment liegt ganz oben, dass hatte ich wohl überlesen. War für uns etwas schwierig, da meine Eltern auch mit dabei waren und das sehr anstrengend für sie war.

Soggiorno fantastico

La struttura super accogliente e i proprietari sono stati gentilissimi e anche super disponibili con gli orari di check-in e check-out, vicinissima a supermercati e fermate dell’autobus per raggiungere il centro di Venezia, vi era anche un McCafe vicinissimo per fare colazione. La casa era pulitissima e provvista anche dell’ indispensabile come carta igenica, spezie per cucinare, e anche giochi da tavolo per combattere la possibile noia o passare serate in casa. Servizio fantastico e consigliatissimo ^^

Appartement bien situé pour visiter Venise

Échanges fluides avec Lucio qui a été très réactif. Appartement fidèle aux photos avec deux grandes chambres et une chambre individuelle idéal pour notre famille. Très propre et avec tout le nécessaire. Très bien situé pour visiter Venise en prenant le bus à 2 minutes de l’appartement et nous avons pu nous garer dans la résidence. Il y a toutefois des moustiques en cette saison et des moustiquaires aux fenêtres auraient été appréciés pour aérer compte tenu des températures pendant notre séjour.

Great location for visiting Venice. Walking distance from shopping and restaurants. The apartment was clean and the host was very responsive and helpful. We very much enjoyed our stay. I would highly recommend it for a family of five or six.

séjour à Mestre

Lucio nous a gentiment accueilli dans l'appartement. Il habite au même palier ! L'appartement est très propre et grand. Nous y avons séjourné avec nos 3 enfants ( 10/15/17) et nous avons été ravis. Vous pouvez garer votre voiture au pied de l'immeuble avec un portail. Le bus est à 5 minutes à pied, en 15 minutes vous êtes à piazzale Roma. Les bus passent toutes les 10/15 minutes toute la journée.

Our stay in Venice

Our stay at the beautiful town of Venice was wonderful. Lucio, our host was waiting for us in the apartment when we arrived. A very friendly, nice person, always smiling. He had given us a advice earlier to get off at the Venice Mestre train station instead of going all the way to Venice saint Lucia train station. An advice which was very helpful. As soon as we arrived, he showed us around the apartment and explained to us everything, where to find the supermarket and the bus stop to Venice. He was helpful through out and he made our stay memorable. His apartment is very clean and had everything we required for our stay. The apartment is spacious and big enough for a family. From the apartment to Venice is 20 minutes by bus or by tram. The train station is around 750 m from the apartment. I highly recommend his apartment. We were fully satisfied and we enjoyed our stay.

Agréable séjour et bon accueil

J'ai passé une agréable semaine de vacances avec la famille. Appartement propre dans un quartier calme. Seul souci est la climatisation qui n'était pas parfaite dans une période de forte chaleur et d'humidité. Les propriétaires sont très gentils et accueillants. L'appartement est proche du transport et le trajet jusqu'au centre de Venise ne prend plus de 10 minute en bus. Je suis plutôt satisfait de mon séjour.

Eine sehr schöne Zeit in Mestre

Wir haben uns als Familie hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Die Lage ist ideal um Venedig zu erkunden. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an die Vermieter.

Great flat Host greeted us the night we arrived, explained all the information we required, very friendly Flat had three bedrooms, one bathroom, kitchen and living room (one double bed, one single bed and one with two single beds separated) Fans were provided All rooms were tidy and spacious Bathroom was extremely clean and nice
