Quiet town convenient to big cities

The apartment was clean and spacious and well stocked. The owner was very friendly, spoke English well, and very responsive. We had no problems. One suggestion would be to update the mattress on the single bed.

Muy buen sitio para alojarse unos días, limpio y cómodo, bien equipado y con plaza de parking. No pudimos disfrutar de la piscina ya que era en noviembre y el tiempo no acompañaba pero es una buena piscina para disfrutarla en verano. La propietaria muy amable y atenta.

Apartamento amplio, bien equipado y limpio

Apartamento con habitaciones y salón amplios, limpio y bien equipado ( menaje suficiente, ropa de cama , mantas, toallas, perchas,). Aunque estå situado en el mismo bloque que un supermercado, no hay apenas ruido por la descarga de mercancías. El pueblo es pequeño pero estå a un paso de la autovía, por lo que es un buen punto de partida para conocer las provincias de Sevilla, Córdoba y Målaga. Totalmente recomendable.

L'appartamento nel complesso Ăš risultato abbastanza confortevole, tuttavia sono stati riscontrati alcuni piccoli problemi: 1) acqua calda (fornita da un boiler) non sufficiente per fare 4 docce; 2) letti scomodi e cigolosi; 3) dall'esterno alcuni cani continuavano ad abbaiare ininterrottamente per quasi tutte le notti.

L'appartement d'Emmanuelle est Nickel, la mise à disposition d'un stationnement au sous-sol est un plus. Et surtout trÚs bien situé pour visiter les environs (Malaga, Cordoue, Grenade, Ronda, Antequerra). Je conseille vivement ce lieu

Un sitio tranquilo para desconectar

Hemos disfrutado del apartamento dos semanas, dos adultos, una niña y un perro mediano, estaba muy limpio con todo desinfectado en tema COVID, la dueña ha sido muy amable y muy atenta a todos los detalles. El apartamento estaba bien, con los enseres necesarios que puedas necesitar y algo mĂĄs. Lo Ășnico malo es que para bajar a la piscina hay que bajar al garaje y es como dos plantas de escaleras, pero por lo demĂĄs un 10.

Bien situé pour les visites mais fait véhicule

Le village n'a rien de transcendant au niveau architectural mais on mange bien dans les restaurants et les gens sont sympa. PropriĂ©taire trĂšs trĂšs accueillante. La piscine est simple. Vous ĂȘtes Ă  environ 1h30 de SĂ©ville Ronda Malaga Cordoba et 30 mn d Ardales oĂč une retenue d eau aux eaux magnifique vous attend pour la baignade. Allez aussi Ă  Antequara trĂšs sympa Ă  visiter. Un trĂšs bon sĂ©jour dans un appartement trĂšs sympa avec un petite supĂ©rette juste en dessous.

What a great location, perfect for touring Granada, Seville and CĂłrdoba. And added bonus....Fuente de Piedra has flamingo sanctuary and an amazing restaurant La Taberna De Joaquin. Our host was amazing, lives very close by and it is the cleanest apartment I have ever rented in my travels. Thanks Emmanuelle and Antonio!!

Nous avons Ă©tĂ© bien accueillis suite Ă  une arrivĂ©e tardive due Ă  des intempĂ©ries violentes ayant retardĂ© notre vol pour Malaga, Le parking abritĂ© Ă©tait le bienvenu. Durant notre sĂ©jour, nous avons pu apprĂ©cier le large canapĂ©, la cuisine gĂ©nĂ©reusement Ă©quipĂ©e ouverte sur la salle Ă  manger, la salle de bain avec sa grande baignoire, les chambres confortables. Les quelques jours pluvieux nous ont donnĂ© l'occasion d'utiliser la tĂ©lĂ©vision et le wifi. Le petit supermarchĂ© sous l'appartement est bien pratique pour aller se ravitailler, sans prendre de voiture, en boissons, produits frais ou pain notamment. On imagine que la piscine doit ĂȘtre un rĂ©gal en Ă©tĂ©. Notre hĂŽtesse est restĂ©e assez facilement joignable et disponible pour nous renseigner. Nous recommandons cette location, bien situĂ©e pour rayonner, Ă  environ une heure de route des principales villes andalouses d'intĂ©rĂȘt.

La fuente de piedra est bien placĂ© quand on souhaite visiter. Nous avons pu visiter Malaga,Cordou,SĂ©ville et Ronda.Puis en remontant sur la France,nous avons fait une halte Ă  Madrid. Proche du centre, du supermarchĂ©, du boucher, du primeur et du poissonnier ou nous avons Ă©tĂ© chaleureusement accueillis. Ne sachant pas parler espagnol,nous avons toujours rĂ©ussi Ă  nous faire comprendre. L'appartement est plus que correct, il est trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ© : four,micro onde,plaques chauffantes, congel avec glaçons,mixeur, rape............Il est trĂšs calme. La climatisation est gĂ©niale car nous avons pu dormir sans trop de chaleur. La piscine est correcte, propre et pas trop bruyant. Je garde le meilleur pour la fin: la proprietaire Emmanuelle est gĂ©niale,trĂšs discrĂšte,et en mĂȘme temps prĂ©sente pour rĂ©pondre Ă  nos questions et Ă  nos besoins. Elle parle français , donc cela a Ă©tĂ© facile de se comprendre (surtout quand on ne parle pas un mot d'espagnol) Je recommande cet appartement sans problĂšmes.

L'appartement est situĂ© Ă  1h15 de Grenade et de Cordoue, Ă  1h30 de SĂ©ville et Ă  45 minutes de Malaga. L'idĂ©al pour visiter ces villes sans avoir Ă  faire les valises chaque soir. L'entrĂ©e de l'autoroute est Ă  5 minutes. Une supĂ©rette bien pratique se trouve au rez de chaussĂ©e de la rĂ©sidence. L'appartement est agrĂ©ablement dĂ©corĂ©, bien Ă©quipĂ© et propre. Le tarif est peu Ă©levĂ©. Emmanuelle est accueillante, aux petits soins. Elle habite Ă  proximitĂ© et rĂ©pond Ă  vos demandes, tout en Ă©tant discrĂšte. Elle est trĂšs arrangeante pour les horaires d'arrivĂ©e et de dĂ©part. TrĂšs honnĂȘte, elle nous a prĂ©venus que nous avions oubliĂ© quelques objets et a proposĂ© de nous les faire parvenir. Nous gardons un bon souvenir de notre sĂ©jour et conservons l'adresse !

Parfait et merci

La location est conforme aux photos et Ă  la description de l’annonce. Emmanuelle Bergougnoux nous a trĂšs bien accueilli, elle est française ce qui a Ă©tĂ© un plus, pour nous qui nous ne parlons pas espagnol. Il y a beaucoup de petits plus : "une place de parking protĂ©gĂ©e, une alimentation juste en dessous de l'appartement, la proximitĂ© de l'autoroute sans en avoir la nuisance sonore (elle doit-ĂȘtre Ă  2 km), la gratuitĂ© de l'autoroute, etc. Nous aurons plaisir Ă  recommander le logement car nous l'avons apprĂ©ciĂ© et nous profitons de ce message pour lui renouveler nos remerciements pour sa sympathie . Emmanuelle and Antonio do everything they can to make your stay comfortable. Excellently appointed apartment great location, in quite area, great to have the availability of a supermarket on the corner. birdlife abounds in the nearby Laguna a short walk away. Central for a drive to iconic natural areas.

Super Wohnung zu einem sehr gĂŒnstigen Preis

Muss eigentlich nicht wirklich viel schreiben. Wir eine Familie aus der Schweiz , 2 Erwachsene und ein Kind haben uns hier sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Die Wohnung bietet alles fĂŒr einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Es hat sogar einen Pool. Sehr angenehm bei Temperaturen um die 40 grad. Auch die abwickliung und das ankommen hat super geklappt. Best holiday apartment ever!

We stayed in this apartment for 8 days, and we enjoyed every minute of it! The apartment is perfectly located to get to Antequera, Malaga, Ronda, Granada, Sevilla - all the most beautiful places in Andalucia. Fuente de Piedra is quiet and peaceful village, yet with all the amenities needed - supermarkets, cafes, bars. The apartment is cosy, spacious and immaculately clean. It had absolutely everything we needed, so it really felt like home. Our hosts, Emmanuelle and Anonio, are incredibly hospitable, friendly and helpful people. We will certainly come back!

Magnifique et spacieux appartement

Nous avons Ă©tĂ© ravis de ce grand et si joli appartement (nous sommes 2 adultes et 2 enfants). La terrasse dehors est agrĂ©able aussi, la propriĂ©taire trĂšs attentionnĂ©e et d'une grande gentillesse. Il trĂšs bien placĂ© dans le village (le petit supermarchĂ© Ă  cĂŽtĂ© hyper pratique! ), Ă  2 minutes de la place oĂč sont les bars Ă  tapas pas chers et excellents (on peut y prendre aussi des assiettes), les parcs pour enfants et les agrets pour les adultes juste dans le quartier. Pas loin de Grenade, MĂĄlaga, Guadix. Juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ© des lagunes avec les flamants roses, el Chorro pour les balades et biensĂ»r tous les pueblos blancos autour comme Fuente de Piedra. Bref genial. A recommander vivement :-) MagnĂ­fico y grande apartamento bien situado. Somos contentos de haber pasado nuestras vacaciones allĂ­! Sylvie Luc SĂ©bastien et Nicolas
