SeaTrieste is a newly restored 70 sqm apartment, with a glassed-in seafront living room that offers a view ... WOW! With a separate bedroom, a kitchen and full bathroom, SeaTrieste welcomes in the large living room a double sofa bed, accommodating up to a maximum of 4 guests.
Wifi and parking at one meter from the entrance are free, as well as parking in the city center, at Hangarage (Via Milano 2).
SeaTrieste is a 10-minute walk from the station, in a panoramic and quiet position. It has the advantage of combining the comfort of home with the pleasure of being on vacation: illycaffé machine, kettle, dishwasher, washing machine, TV, Internet wi-fi: for work and leisure moments.
It is an intimate, charming and different. Not for nothing is our motto is "Living a different point of view".

Beautiful view

Great view from the balcony. Not too strenuous walk to the downtown area. Grocery store easily accessible on the way back up to the property.

Lovely Apartment

We stayed here for 4 nights. We would go out for the day and race back around 3 pm to enjoy this lovely apartment. The apartment was large and clean and the balcony and view was absolutely gorgeous ! We will be missing this beautiful home away from home for sureValentina was a very attentive hostess and responded to all our queries quickly.

Beautiful lift with magnificent views and sunsets. Parking in front of the building is a big plus. Nice and clean, comfy beds. We did walk down the hill to city center, grand canal etc but found a bus to take us up hill. Valentina was easy to communicate with and rescued us when we got lost. Would definitely stay there again. There are a lot of stairs to get to the loft.

Lovely views over the Bay of Trieste

We had a lovely week in Trieste. Valentina collected us from the train station and delivered us to our door! The apartment was spacious and comfortable, and contained everything we needed. We enjoyed dining on the balcony looking out over the harbour and train station. The apartment is situated on a hill and we occasionally took the bus back from the historic city centre. We highly recommend this apartment, and Trieste is an interesting Italian city to visit

Estupenda estancia

Nos ha encantado, el apartamento es muy nuevo, confortable y con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días tranquilos. Valentina nos informó correctamente de cómo llegar y recoger llaves y siempre estuvo pendiente de lo que necesitáramos por Whatsapp. Hacía mucho calor pero la casa tiene aire acondicionado con lo cual pudimos descansar perfectamente. Recomiendo este apartamento con un 10.

Viel Verkehr

Der Ausblick ist toll. Die Wohnung ist mit dem notwendigsten ausgestattet. Das Geschirr in den Schränken war für mich (158 cm ) teilweise nicht erreichbar, das Bett war für meinen Mann ( 183 cm ) zu kurz. Schlimm fanden wir den Verkehr und den Weg zur Wohnung. Nicht die Steigung ist das Problem. Man muss an einer stark befahrenen Straße entlang laufen, wo der Bürgersteig knapp 50 cm breit ist und teilweise noch Mülltonnen oder Lichtmasten stehen. Die Autos rasen im Zentimeterabstand an einem vorbei. Das fanden wir sehr unangenehm. Man kann zwar mit dem Bus einen Teil der Strecke fahren, aber an dieser Straße auf den unpünktlichen Bus zu warten, ist auch keine Freude. Insgesamt ist der Lärmpegel sehr hoch, auch auf dem Balkon. Aus diesem Grund werden wir die Wohnung nicht weiter empfehlen. Wem der Verkehr und der Lärm nichts ausmacht, kann sich auf einen schönen Ausblick freuen.

Hello, Anette, I'm sorry that you find Trieste such an unpleasant city and that the dishes were placed too high for your height... The fact that there are electricity poles in public streets is normal in Italy and in most of the world. Moreover, This is how the waste system works in our country. Regarding the fact that the apartment and the balcony are noisy, allow me to clarify for future travelers who read us, IT IS NOT TRUE. We have been working for 8 years and all customers define it as an oasis of peace. I understand that you come from a small village with a few houses, and are not used to the city, perhaps you could Visit the Alps next time, just a suggestion. Good luck, Valentina

A place to be

Wunderschöne, mit Liebe zum Detail restaurierte und eingerichtete 2ZW auf der 3. Etage eines Mehrpartienhauses mit atemberaubenden Ausblick vom Balkon auf den alten Hafen und Triest. Schnelles WLAN, gut eingerichtete Küche und bequeme Betten machen den Aufenthalt sehr erholsam und die Gastgeberin ist überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit bei allen Fragen. Wichtig zu wissen ist der steile Abgang von der Hauptstraße in eine sehr enge Straße, für die man, falls man größeres Auto hat, gute Fahrkünste braucht um einparken und wenden zu können (Parkplatz ist vor dem Hauseingang vorhanden). Es ist kein Aufzug vorhanden aber die Treppen sind niedrig und daher gut machbar.

Wonderful spot overlooking the golf and majestic Trieste

A true gem, both in terms of its position and the state of the apartment. Minimalist furnishings that accurately reflect the photos online; perfectly clean; easy check-in / check-out; communication with the property owner prompt and helpful. About a 10-15’ walk to most parts of the centro storico, uphill to return, but as long as you’re in good shape it’s quite pleasant. We spent just under two weeks - the best thing of this Vrbo was sitting on the balcony with coffee in the morning and watching the sunset in the evening. Wish we could have stayed longer and thoroughly recommend!

Eccellente posizione....

Eccellente in tutto... posizione vista mare mozzafiato, alloggio pulito, nuovo, curato ed accogliente. Valentina ha addirittura provveduto a lasciare acqua fresca in frigo, colazione sul tavolino ed un ottimo caffè! Consigliatissimo tutto!

Apartament jest lśniąco czysty, doskonałe wyposażenie - właścicielka zadbała o każdy najmniejszy szczegół. W kuchni jest wszystko co potrzeba żeby czuć się jak we własnym domu. Łazienka przestronna z bardzo wygodną, dużą kabiną prysznicową. Bardzo wygodne łóżko w sypialni, salon przestronny i pięknie urządzony a widok z balkonu - przecudowny ! Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, spokojna okolica a jednocześnie blisko centrum i wszystkich atrakcji. Valentina jest przesympatyczną i przemiłą osobą, w każdej chwili bardzo chętnie służy radą i pomocą. Jestem bardzo zadowolona z pobytu i szczerze polecam ! Grazie Valentina ! 😊
