Conforme à l’annonce et très adapté

Logement qui correspond à l’annonce et dans lequel on se sent bien. Très bien agencé pour cette surface et nous n’avons manqué de rien!Il est parfait avec son accès direct aux pistes et facile pour les petits commerces de proximité et le centre à proximité via une petite promenade de 20-30min. Les proprio ont été accessibles et réactifs pour nos questions et l’organisation du séjour. Très rassurants . Nous recommandons vivement ce logement et nous pourrions y revenir avec plaisir.

* prachtige locatie * perfecte ski in - ski out • prachtige view // zuidligging - zon - bergen * jammer dat er geen Dampkap aanwezig was … geur - vet afzetting … * opkuis: opkuis van de tegels in keuken/badkamer, boordjes in de keuken etc is er misschien over? • conciërge maakt kennismaking zeer toerist onvriendelijk. We waren een uur te vroeg(15 u) , en vroegen gewoon of het mogelijk was onze sleutels te krijgen. Dit was voldoende voor een zeer slechte start met verwijten of we niet konden lezen , ook al gingen we dan gewoon iets drinken. Bij terugkomst om 16 u vond hetzelfde superonvriendelijke onthaal plaats met vier andere mensen, die al een half uur stonden teken te doen naar de conciërge om binnen te kunnen (hadden de toegangscode niet bij), en met ons binnen konden om 16u…. Hij werkte 50 u en we moesten lezen … Hij had gelijk maar alles draait om een vriendelijk onthaal, niet om aanvallen van de toeristen. Met een vriendelijk woordje was alles begrijpbaar. *behoorlijke dreiging van conciërge tot betalen van opkuis tot 100 euro, als dit niet is zoals hij wenst. Hij wil dit niet zeggen bij verlaten van appartement. Wij hebben dan ook foto’s / film van alles, want totnogtoe weten wij niet of we via VBRO nu al dan niet onze visa in aanrekening krijgen … Ik kuiste 1u30 grondig … dan zou je bij vertrek gerustgesteld willen worden ! Fijntje: wie verdient erbij als hij controle appt niet ok vindt? Hij regelt de opkuis ….voor wie wenst. Ook hier heb ik foto’s van .

Ofschoon we alles kraaknet hadden achtergelaten, en dit bij ons vertrek werd bevestigd door de concierge, werd ons toch een poetsbeurt aangerekend. Achteraf bleek de poetsdienst die daaraan verdiende, de vrouw van de concierge te zijn. Zeer pijnlijk om op die manier onze vakantie te moeten afsluiten.

Perfect place

Armoise is situated very gut: absolutely ski in ski out, ski lift to La Masse and to other side, supermarket, restaurants, ski rental. The appartment small, but very comfortable, there is everything what I need.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet appartement très bien situé par rapport aux pistes et aux commerces de proximité (sherpa, location de matériel). Pour accéder au centre "Les bruyères" où se trouve l'hyper centre, il faut compter environ 10 minutes à pied en passant par des ascenseurs faciles d'accès. La cuisine de l'appartement est toute neuve et c'est très agréable d'y cuisiner. Seul petit regret : le ménage de fin de séjour n'est pas proposé. Toujours est-il que nous recommandons vivement cet appartement et nous y retournerons certainement.

Appartement très bien situé. Accès direct aux pistes et remontées. L'immeuble est très propre. Le stationnement gratuit est possible au pied de l'immeuble. Très bonne communication avec les propriétaires et les gardiens. Je recommande.
