Tutti i comfort

Casetta molto graziosa e dotata di tutti i comfort, come in nessuna casa-vacanza! Oltre alla biancheria, alla lavatrice e alla lavastoviglie, forniti anche i detersivi e un'ampia gamma di pentole e stoviglie. Ingresso preceduto da patio esterno coperto e all'ombra, con tavolo e sedie, dove abbiamo sempre mangiato. Giardino ampio, con frutteto, tutto recintato e tranquillo, dotato di barbecue, sdraio e piccola tettoia con tavolo e sedie, per una cena o un pranzo alternativi. La proprietaria ci ha gentilmente concesso di usufruire dei frutti degli alberi: pere e soprattutto limoni. Abbiamo sempre ricevuto un trattamento gentile e cortese. Nelle vicinanze è presente una buona gamma di piccoli negozi per i generi essenziali, raggiungibile anche a piedi o in bici. Unico neo la distanza dal mare (4 km) compensabile però affittando delle bici od organizzandosi con l'auto. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Lo consigliamo a chi vuole contenere le spese in alta stagione mantenendo alti gli standard di qualità dell'alloggio, accettando di non avere proprio il mare sotto casa.

Urlaub pur

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub. Besonders hervorheben möchte wir, dass das Grundstück shr groß und gepflegt ist und über zwei überdachte Terassen verfügt. So hatten wir zu jeder Tageszeit die Möglichkeit Sonne oder Schatten aufzusuchen. Der kostenfreie Strand ist für italienische Verhältnisse sehr groß, gepflegt und von mehreren Rettungskräften regelmäßig bewacht. Auch ein kostenfreier Parkplatz war immer zu finden. Der Bahnhof ist innerhalb von 5 Minuten zu erreichen, so dass wir die Ausflüge nach Florenz, Pisa, Viareggio und Cinque Terre kostengünstig und entspannt erlebt haben. Die Wohnung lässt in Ausstattung und Sauberkeit keinen Wunsch offen. Vielen Dank für die schönen Tage.

Super Ferienhaus !!!

Ganz tolles Ferienhaus , super ausgestattet mit ganzem Schnick-Schnack für die Küche , zwei Schlafzimmer , Küche mit Esseckce, auch Waschmaschiene dürften wir benuzen, alles Preismiteinbezogen. Ganz nette Vermieter! Wünderschöne Gegend , wo man Meer , Berge und tolle Sehenswürdigkeiten beisamen hat . Wir haben Urlaub mit Hund und Kindern gemacht , das war auch der Grund , warum wir uns für das Haus entschieden haben , wünderschöner , großer Garten , mit Blick auf die Berge, zum Grillen , Spielen , Toben. Strand in 3km Entfernung, mit Auto zu erreichen , viele Parkmöglichkeiten , auch kostenloser Strand . Info für Angler , man darf auch kostenlos im Meer Angeln. Vielen Dank Familie Tarabella! Es hat und sehr in Ihrem Ferienhaus gefallen . Familie Bräuß
