An amazing week in the french alpes

My wife and I just spent an incredible week in the home of Chantal and henri two of the warmest most welcoming people. The house had plenty of space and was very comfortable. We enjoyed our little garden perfect for meals and star gazing. Chantal gave us great suggestions of where to go and made reservations at an amazing restaurant.when we return to this area thistle is where we will be Richard July 2022

Un cadre incroyable

Nous n’avons passé qu’une nuit, mais il faut dire que le cadre est vraiment magique. L’emplacement est vraiment tout en hauteur, avec une vue magnifique (sauf la ville de Digne juste en dessous, qui tranche un peu avec le reste), et les constructions sont magnifiques : le gîte, la vieille chapelle, les vestiges de la tour et de petites fortifications. Et on dort dans cet endroit! Le gîte est assez bien équipé, en gardant un aspect rustique qui participe au charme du lieu. Je recommande l’expérience!

Endroit très beau mais trop galère

Très belle vue. Très mauvaise accessibilité( petite route très dangereuse. Endroit dangereux pour une famille avec des enfants…..) chambres d hôtes collées au gîte, pas top.

Maison de charme avec une cuisine bien équipée, 2 salles de bains et une pièce à vivre agréable pour profiter en famille, sans compter avec la terrasse dès qu'il fait beau! Le cadre est propice au repos et aux grands bols d'airs.

Einfach nur schön!

Auch bei unserem zweiten Besuch haben wir uns wieder rundum wohlgefühlt. Die einmalige Lage, die Ruhe und die Freundlichkeit der Gastgeber haben uns erneut begeistert. Als Ausgangspunkt für schöne Wanderungen in der näheren Umgebung liegt das Landgut ebenfalls günstig. Wir kommen wieder. Nochmals herzlichen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt.

Pragtfuldt sted med unik beliggenhed og meget smagfuld indretning. Værter gæstfri, meget hjælpsomme.

Modtagelsen var fin og personlig. Huset har en fantastisk beliggenhed med en formiddabel udsigt over et flot landskab til alle sider. Stedet emmer af historie, og huset er istandsat med stor respekt herfor. Det er velegnet til to vennepar, men ville også være fint til familie med store børn. Alle rum er smagfuldt indrettet og køkkenfasciliteter er gode til selvhushold og området byder på friske, indbydende franske råvarer. Bade/toiletforhold er gode, og det er rart med vaskemaskine og tørremulighed udendørs. Der er dejligt at være både inde og ude. Værtsparret har været meget sympatiske og hjælpsomme med turforslag og kørevejledning. Vi vil gerne vende tilbage til "Ørnereden" om et par år og opleve såvel stedet som området på en anden årstid. Med glæde tænker vi tilbage på en uge fuld af gode oplevelser, og ikke mindst på et helt særligt sted, som vi har fået mulighed for at bo i. Stor tak fra os alle fire.

Tolle Lage mit traumhafter Aussicht über Digne. Sehr nette und zuvorkommende Vermieter. Sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung und schöner Außenbereich. Parkplatz direkt beim Haus. Wir kommen wieder!

sehr gut restauriertes, gepflegtes und sauberes, typisches Provencehaus 360 Grad Rundumblick ist beeindruckend Man kann sowohl den Sonnenaufgang als auch den Sonnenuntergang betrachten auf bereit gestellten Sitzmöglichkeiten Essen kann man sowohl draußen im Schatten, als auch drinnen absolute Ruhe ist sehr erholsam Digne als Ausgangspunkt in mindestens fünf (Hoch)-Täler ist optimal Ausgangspunkte für herrliche, auch leichte Wanderungen und Radtouren(steil) sind schnell zu erreichen gute Supermärkte in Digne sehr gute Schlachter im Ort das beste Baguette von ganz Frankreich, gibt es in Digne am großen Kreisel " Nid d´Aigle" ist sehr gut ausgestattet (Beschreibung war korrekt) Madame und Monsieur Bartet sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit in jeder Lage In jedem Fall würde ich diese ausgefallenen Feriendomizil-Perle weiterempfehlen

Nicht nur für Adler der richtige Aufenthaltsort

Wir sind überaus freundlich begrüßt worden und es wurde uns jegliche Hilfe angeboten. Da das Adlernest auf einer Anhöhe liegt, ist die Aussicht fantastisch. Wer eine Woche in absoluter Ruhe verbringen möchte und ein kleines Paradies sucht, ist hier absolut richtig aufgehoben.

Calme et confort délicieux, dans des vieilles pierres pleine de charme, un gîte super équipé.

Ce nid d'Aigle nous a émerveillés, tout comme l'accueil chaleureux des propriétaires et la vue grandiose sur 360°. Les paysages de cette réserve géologique sont à couper le souffle, ainsi que les œuvres d'Andy Goldworthy. Un lieu pour se ressourcer.

Très bon séjour

Surprenante cette arrivée aérienne dans ce nid d aigle. Ce gîte a comblé nos espérances pour nous qui sommes amoureux de vieilles pierres. Nous avons apprécié le calme et la vue environnante sans pour autant être trop loin de la ville . Le gîte est trés bien équipé et propre. Il y a un accés wifi gratuit. Un assortiment de tomates ainsi qu'un fromage nous ont été offert à notre arrivé. Bonne expérience. A conseiller

Tout pour plaire

Un gîte comme nous les aimons : calme, confort, situation exceptionnelle avec vue sur les montagnes entourant Digne. Terrasse et petit jardin où il fait bon prendre le petit déj. Propriétaires charmants et toujours de bon conseil. Le bâtiment, du XVème siècle, a été restauré avec intelligence et respect. Un endroit qui a une âme.
