First time in Pensacola

We enjoyed our stay. The street noise was a little loud, but not so bad that we couldn’t sleep. The bed in the room closest to the street was so comfortable, we slept late even when we weren’t trying to!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was our first time visiting Pensacola what a beautiful place!! We were extremely happy with our vacation rental. Our family of three had plenty of space. It was clean and had a well stocked kitchen. We enjoyed the patio and grilled out a few nights. Location was great, close to the beach and the pool was right outside our door. Checking in and out was a breeze. Can’t wait to come back!!

This townhouse needs a serious upgrade!!!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have rented this townhouse about 5 times since 2020, and we pay a $225 cleaning fee. We have written to you before that. 1)The rugs are dirty and need to be cleaned or they need new rugs. 2) The screen door does not open easily, the lock on sliding door doesn’t work. 3) the sliding door in bathroom doesn’t close or open properly. 4) there is a huge water marking on the ceiling that needs to be painted. With all the money we spend on cleaning, these issues could have been repaired... we are not happy with the lack of aww we are Ed’s to these issues.
