Soggiorno fantastico

Sistemazione perfetta se si cerca una casa isolata dove potersi godere le vacanze in tranquillità senza alcun disturbo: spaziosa, luminosa, ampio giardino dove poter pranzare all'ombra, parcheggio interno, cucina attrezzata, 3 bagni, 3 camere da letto super spaziose. Abbiamo soggiornato in 9 per 6 giorni, la prima settimana di agosto ad un prezzo imbattibile. Soggiorno+lenzuola+asciugamani e salviette fresche di lavanderia ad un prezzo di €781,00 Posizione ottima per raggiungere: -A piedi: in 5 min il centro paese di Uggiano, la pizzeria/ristorante/pub Scafè -In macchina: 5 min la spiaggia di Porto Badisco, 10 min Otranto, 30 min Castro e Maglie, 20 min spiagge Baia dei Turchi e Alimini. Host gentile, disponibile, flessibile. Consigliatissima per gruppi e giovani. È però necessaria una macchina per gli spostamenti. Casa più bella nella realtà che nelle foto dell'annuncio.

Dump house with moldy smell

The photos that you find in their advertisement are not representative at all. When you enter - you are struck by the smell of mold and super high humidity levels. You can see damaged stucco on the interior walls. There is no AC. The owner explained that this is normal for the area which is not true, cause we stayed in other houses in the area that had no such issues. The mold is dangerous for health especially for kids, therefore we had to move over and look for another accommodation and, as one can imagine, there were not much options and we had to overpay in order not to stay under the sky with kids. The owner refused to compensate us for this misrepresentation. The Vrbo also considers mold as minor problem yet the Canadian Health Organization indicates that it is dangerous. We will have to figure this out in the lawsuit. So, strongly recommend to avoid this place. Unfortunately I cannot attach real photos to show the difference.

Ce logement devait être un lieu de détente où nous aurions dû pouvoir profité de l'espace extérieur, se promener dans le champs d'olivier. Nous sommes arrivés dans une propriété qui n'était pas entretenue et le champs d'olivier ne se prétait pas du tout à la balade car délabré. Pour ce qui est de la maison, il est fort probable qu'elle soit rarement habité car forte odeur de poussière/renfermé et de l'insecticide avait été vaporisé dans toute la maison avant notre arrivée, difficile d'y respirer correctement même en ouvrant toutes les portes. Le ménage n'avait clairement pas été fait, après avoir nous même passé un balai dès notre arrivée nous avons pu constaté toute la saleté et avons décidé au vu de tous les éléments cités auparavant de ne pas séjourner dans cette propriété. C'est bien la première fois que nous prenons cette décision. Selon le propriétaire, tout cela était normal car il s'agit d'une maison de campagne. Nous avons déjà séjourné dans une maison de campagne et n'avons jamais eu ce genre de problème.

Perfect stay

Great outdoor and indoor spaces. Perfect pool. Spacious rooms and great views. Big kitchen. Great toy room too. Would go back anytime! Perfect location to visit Umbria.

propriété très sympa au milieu des oliviers et près d'une petite crique très chouette

Propriétaire sympa et disponible. Bel endroit. La climatisation est un peu vétuste mais la maison garde bien le frais et du coup on s'en passe. Belle région.
