Feel and enjoy the sea directly from the apartment, we are really 5 meters from the sea, we offer you all facilities for an active and relaxing vacation. The advantage of this property, what makes this apartment exceptional is a large outdoor area surrounding the apartment directly facing the sea, where you can enjoy the sun and relax in the shade of tamarisk trees. The apartment has french doors with mosquito nets and shutters, the rooms are finished with ceramic floors, air conditioning and heating available in all rooms. Comfortable bedroom with double bed and new orthopedic mattress, smart TV Lcd with internet connection, wi-fi Internet. Kitchen and dining area are very well equipped with everything you need from: cutlery, plates, glasses, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, American coffee maker, electric kettle, juicer, toaster, mixer, hair dryer, iron with ironing board, one bathroom with shower and window.
The apartment is nicely and functionally furnished. From kitchen and bedroom direct access to large paved outdoor area with 2 tables, also placed in the shade of large fig tree, Barbecue, outdoor shower and private parking. Quiet location, stunning panoramic sea views, first pebble beach only 20 meters from the house. Free daily excursions in speed boat are organized to Peljesac peninsula. For guests from the northern countries who would like to spend a spring or autumn or winter at sea and for long-term bookings we offer special affordable price. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Der Ehemann der Besitzerin hat sogar für uns Fische gefangen die sehr lecker waren . Das kleine Dorf liegt wunderschön am Meer

Grande ospitalità da parte di tutta la famiglia dal più piccolo al più grande. Appartamento dotato di tutto il necessario sia all'interno che all'esterno. Data la vicinanza al mare sembrava di essere in barca e non in una casa. Adatto a chi ha voglia di rilassarsi fuori dalla confusione e dallo stress. Casa in ordine, pulita con tutti i confort necessari! Tanta tranquillità molto ma molto accoglienti i proprietari della casa. Il mare fantastico ed è stato molto bello arte i giri fatti in barca con Vedran Barbara e Nico!! Lo consiglio a tutte le famiglie .

Un sogno da rivivere....

Quest'estate io, mio marito e i nostri due figli di 13 e 14 anni abbiamo avuto la fortuna di trovare per puro caso questa fantastica accomodation A 5 METRI DAL MARE, 5 VERI!!!! Un sogno che non ci saremmo mai neppure immaginati!! Assolutamente confortevole e luminoso l'appartamento, dotato di tutto ciò che può servire (e quello che manca viene immediatamente fornito!), ma il vero gioiello è' la terrazza con sdraio, ombrelloni, tavoli per pranzare (di cui uno addirittura sotto un fico!! ed entrambi a un passo da un mare indescrivibile!!!) doccia esterna e barbecue!!!! Barbara e Vedran accolgono gli ospiti in modo tale che già dopo un minuto si sentono parte integrante della loro famiglia, disponibili per qualunque cosa, addirittura ci hanno invitato per ben due volte a passare la giornata in motoscafo con loro in giro per calette meravigliose! Il papà di Vedran, Michel, ci ha riforniti ogni santo giorno di uva e fichi (non ho mai comprato frutta!!!) e se si desidera arriva anche il pesce freschissimo che Michel pesca ogni giorno portando i bambini ospiti con lui per farli divertire....un paradiso....che altro dire?!?!? Ah sì, Komarna, il villaggio in cui si trova villa Vedran è' delizioso, molto tranquillo e rilassante, e ben posizionato per andare a fare qualche bella gita giornaliera (Mostar, Sarajevo, Dubrovnik, la penisola di Peljesac, l'incantevole isola natale di Marco Polo ecc ecc)...non scordatevi di farvi indicare la strada per andare a mangiare pesce e frutti di mare (DATTERI!!!!!!!) dall'amico Drago!! Buone vacanze!!!

OTTIMA POSIZIONE

Posto eccellente come descritto via mail, fantastica posizione fronte mare, ottima accoglienza e soprattutto disponibilità e cortesia per qualsiasi necessità, persone molto cordiali e simpatiche una squisitezza passare il tempo delle nostre vacanze assieme. Abbiamo passato due settimane fantastiche io e la mia compagna, ci siamo trovati da subito come fossimo a casa nostra, per l'accesso al mare era comodissimo a soli 5 metri dall'appartamento e una favolosa finestra sul mare dove potevamo mangiare all'ombra di una pianta di fichi come da foto. Molto comodi i servizi come il market e il ristorante dove si possono degustare i piatti tipici del luogo. Barbara la persona di riferimento che abbiamo trovato per il nostro soggiorno è stata ed è una persona fantastica. GRAZIE

Abbiamo scelto per la seconda volta di trascorrere le nostre vacanze alla villa Vedran, ci mancava.... I proprietari sono molto gentili accoglienti e disponibili, la casa è pulita e confortevole con una vista fantastica. Il paese è molto tranquillo adatto ad una vacanza riposante. Welcome to all from Plecas family, we live in Komarna more than 10 years, we fell in love with the sunset that are very special here, we live in swimsuits from morning to evening, here summer lasts longer that and is possible to swim also in November. Although the location is small and well stocked between the market and the restaurants it is very close to the most important destinations in Southern Dalmatia. With only two apartments rented, our guests coming back for so long that they like a part of our family. We hope to meet you soon to offer you our delights and fresh fish that we fish every day.

We decided to rent this property because everyone asked us to spend their holidays here in Villa Vedran, since we are directly on the sea and you can swim directly by the house or only 20 meters from pebble beach.

Family atmosphere and desire for adventure ... on board our motorboat we will take you to the discovery of our coast and our maritime traditions, in fact the good fish in our house never fails.
