Cottage, I COLUMBELLA in Casinca, between sea and mountain
we live in a property of 1,5ha trees and secure.
this very quiet cottage is suitable for nature lovers.
located on the 1st floor of our house, its external access and parking are private.
with a terrace (13m2) it has a breathtaking view of the park, pool and mountains, down the stairs, a pergola also private complete the set, the terrace and the arbor are all 2
equipped with garden furniture with BBQ.
the swimming pool 13mx6m is shared with the hosts of the 2 other lodgings located in the surrounding meadow, it is equipped with 2 regulated alarms.
you can relax around the pool in the sun loungers or in the Balinese gazebo amid the cushions.
Pinarello beach is very easy to reach and offers a large stretch of white sand ideal for children.
2 family pizzerias will welcome you for lunch and dinner.

Pool und Familienanschluss

Durch die ruhige und doch günstige Lage, bietet dieses Feriendomizil einen guten Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen (Norden der Insel) am Strand oder Tagesausfüge zum Wandern oder nach Corte. Am frühen Abend kann der Tag in Ruhe am Pool ausklingen. Die netten Vermieter, die im gleichen Haus leben und selbst den Pool ausgiebig genießen, sind immer für eine nette Unterhaltung inkl. Tipps fürs Einkaufen etc. zu haben. Sie haben unsere Tochter direkt ins Herz geschlossen. Durch die Tiere auf den Grundstück, Esel, Hunde und eine Katze hatte sie immer etwas zu gucken. Babybadewanne, Bettchen und Hochstuhl wurden uns kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Ferienwohnung, unter dem Dach des Hauses, ist gepflegt und hat eine Terrasse mit Blick ins Grüne.

Gite au top dans un cadre calme et agréable

Excellent séjour chez Monique et Christian qui nous ont accueillis très chaleureusement. Toujours à l’écoute, ils veillent à ce que tout soit parfait lors de votre séjour et que vous ne manquiez de rien. Le gîte très confortable et super équipé permet de sentir comme à la maison. Le cadre calme et paisible en pleine nature est très reposant. Parfait pour profiter de la magnifique piscine en toute tranquillité ! Nous reviendrons certainement.

Gîte agréable et très bien entretenu,à proximité de la mer,intérieur chaleureux dont l'ameublement et la décoration incitent au voyage.Des propriétaires sympathiques à l'écoute de leurs hôtes et qui sauront vous indiquer les bonnes adresses.

Casa stupenda, proprietari gentilissimi

Siamo una famiglia di Italiani ed abbiamo trascorso 1 fantastica settimana di vacanza in questa casa. La casa è bellissima, ordinata e pulita esattamente come nelle foto. La piscina ed il giardino sono molto curati e puliti. La piscina invita sempre a fare un tuffo. I proprietari Monique e Christian sono molto simpatici e disponibili ad offrire consigli utili per la vacanza. La posizione della casa è ottima per visitare la costa ovest e la parte nord della Corsica e ci si trova a pochi km da Bastia, dove arrivano i traghetti dall'Italia. Consigliamo quindi a tutti questa casa per trasorrrere una vacanza rilassante e tranquilla in un posto indimenticabile. La Corsica poi fa il resto. Ciao Moniqe e Christian e grazie dell'ospitalità. "We thoroughly enjoyed our first visit to Corsica in this gite rural. It is ideally situated between the sea and the mountains and is very comfortable, cosy, private and well equipped. It is lovely to be welcomed back after each outing by the family of dogs. Monique and Christian made us very welcome and were always ready to inform us about local amenities and customs. We would hope to visit again some time in the future."

"Je to moc krásné ubytování, které skýtá klid pro rodiny s dětmi. Vřele doporučujeme všem, kteří chtějí být kousek od hor a kousek od pláže. Je to lepší jet na pláž autem. Jsou krásné výlety do okolí, možnost výběrů pláží (parkování jsme měli vždy u pláže). Na východním pobřeží většinou písečné a mělké takže pro děti výborné. Ubytování je velmi příjemné, útulné, bezvadně zařízené. Je tam bazén, ve kterém se dá v horkých dnech přijemně osvěžit. Paní Monique a pan Christian jsou velmi vstřícní, poradí, pomohou."

"Disposer d''un nid de colombes, abrité par deux palmiers qui dispensent leur ombre et à proximité immédiate de la piscine aux belles proportions, valorisée par des points de détente d''inspiration indonésienne, l''ensemble lové entre mer, terre, ciel et montagne, emprunt de quiétude, de sérénité et de liens multiples avec la nature: voilà ce que nous a réservé le logement de Monique Latouche à Querciolo. Un accueil bienveillant, respectueux de l''autre, dans un univers où se révèlent les multiples voyages effectués par notre hôte (mobilier et décoration "ethniques", personnels et chaleureux), bref une véritable invitation au dépaysement, à l''ouverture d''esprit et qui vous donne envie de découvrir ou redécouvrir la perle de Méditerranée, ile incomparable qu''est la Corse. L''équipement complet dont est doté ce lieu de séjour favorise le bien être de chacun -cuisine neuve et spacieuse qui a abrite nos repas, le salon dans les combles aménagées au charme fou, la chambre marocaine aux belles dimensions et la chambre d''enfants accueillante, sans oublier la terrasse prête aux petits déjeuners, aux apéritifss bavard ou aux dîners dans la douce brise du soir marin- tout cela nous a offert un séjour oublieux du quotidien, tout en restant raccordé au reste de la terre (wifi). Les quatre jours trop brefs que nous avons passés entre Querciolo, la Casinca, la Castagniccia (pays des châtaigniers et des cochons se promenant sur les routes) non loin de la belle ville de Bastia et du magnifique Cap Corse, ont filé comme l''éclair tout en nous faisant toucher à l''éternité. "Upper Floor of owner's home. Recently refurbished though we did have small problems with plumbing leks which were fully recified during our stay so should be top class accomodation in future. Very helpful friendly hosts. Had kindly prepared initial shopping for our arrival for Easter weekend. Excellent situation for visiting most places on the island. Large very clean swimming pool prepared for our stay"

"Le gîte est situé au sein d'une propriété partagée par les propriétaires et deux autres gîtes. l'endroit, proche de la mer est calme et accueillant comme ses propriétaires. La grande piscine est très agréable notamment les jours de grande chaleur (et ils sont nombreux)."
